That's pretty much what the judge said! Hilliard hinted at a 9:30 start, but judge said 9am to be safe. But the jury won't be there and ready to go till ten, because that's when they were told, so break until ten it is!

I'm running on maybe six hours sleep, but I really didn't want to miss the closing arguments.

That the Tybee Island get-away during the landfill search could not be entered into evidence nor the front yard party where the egg donor and her mother were taunting the supporters of justice for Quinton.. was so disappointing. But now I will patiently wait for that smug smirk to be wiped off of her face (both of their faces) permanently and will take the best screen shot I can when that happens in the next few days to commemorate that. Hopefully if (when) there is a guilty verdict it will prevent grandma from ever getting custody of the remaining little ones. (moo)

Good Morning ! I was unable to follow along yesterday with the live streaming, as I was "Plan B" for child care for my youngest grand little. He is 4. About as old as Quinton would have been. I hugged him frequently yesterday, and treasured all our little moments.

May we have justice for little Quinton today!!

He's explaining that everything presented is evidence. Defining direct and circumstantial evidence. No legal difference between the two.
