According to the article she had already lost custody of her children when she told her sponsor about the incident.

I was under the impression the sponsor was recently assigned to her and she was new to AA, or she's one of those who have trouble with habitual relapsing. I'll pray she is ready for real recovery and isn't just participating because it (may be) court ordered.

So the story gets even better, Rachel told her new Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor all about it. The Sponser then called the Sheriff's department.

I have to wonder if it is all true particularly the part about the daughter's boyfriend. 16 year old girls would not "share" their boyfriend with their mother if they actually liked the guy.

I'm at a loss for words how any parent can act like this it's totally irresponsible and reckless. A great example she is setting for her kids.

Yea, but obviously it's still extremely inappropriate for a mother to show her daughter (minor daughter at that) photos of herself having sex with her boyfriend. Articles says she is in the process of "divorcing" her husband, so the marriage isn't even legally over, yet there she is sharing obviously inappropriate photos with her minor daughter. Where are the boundaries?

Addicts, for the most part, have no boundaries. The addiction takes over and the addict throws all caution to the wind.
Mom claims to be a sex addict and msm also mentions AA. So, apparently she has dual addictions, which is not uncommon among addicts.

This seems to go way beyond "no boundaries". She apparently feels a strong need to TALK about it and be the center of attention (i.e. supposedly using sex toys in front of the teens and then telling her AA sponsor all about it).

I would guess this woman has some serious mental health issues going on, maybe bipolar? As bizarre as this is at least she didn't physically hurt anyone.

Lehnardt was recently sentenced to six years of probation. A judge ordered her to pay $600 in fines and comply with drug and alcohol counseling and treatment.

Probation/fine/counseling.....well, I feel better now that the punishment fits the crime. (Not!)

ETA I still can't believe she played naked Twister & used sex toys on herself in front of her daughter's friends. OMG
