The Georgia Bureau of Investigation on Thursday activated a Levi’s Call, Georgia’s Amber Alert, at the request of the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office for a missing 1-year-old.
Rafael Aguilar Rubio was reportedly abducted at 10 a.m. Thursday by 20-year-old Cesar N. Martinez.
They were last seen at 681 Carla Court in Winder, Georgia, and traveling west toward Gwinnett County in a red 2020 Toyota Camry with an unknown Georgia tag.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has issued a Levi’s Call (AMBER Alert) for 1-year-old Rafael Aguilar Rubio, who was abducted Thursday morning in Winder. Authorities say the child was taken from Carla Court around 10 a.m. and is believed to be in extreme danger.
The boy is "believed to be in extreme danger." He and Martinez may be traveling west toward Gwinnett County in a red 2020 Toyota Camry with an unknown Georgia tag.
They were last seen at an address on Carla Court in Winder, the alert stated.
Martinez is described as 5-foot-10 weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes and was last seen in a t-shirt, black Adidas slides and shorts.
The boy was last seen wearing long monkey style pajamas and brown socks.

According to authorities, 1-year-old Rafael Aguilar Rubio was allegedly abducted by 20-year-old Cesar N. Martinez and they may be traveling toward Gwinnett County.
