28 defendants were indicted.
21 were in this trial on day 1 of jury selection which was on Nov. 27, 2023.
6 defendants currently on trial.
9 took plea deals.
12 had their cases severed due to various reasons.
1 defendant is still on the run.
It took TEN months to seat a jury.

No media is allowed in the hallway today in #YSL #YoungThug trial. I'm hearing it's because some people posted pics from the hallway yesterday of all the attorneys gathering and there are no photos are allowed to be taken in the hall. (We purposely did not post any for that reason). Therefore, our photog is forced to wait in the media room until called for.

We’re inside the courtroom and getting ready for Judge Glanville to take the bench.
Kenneth Copeland’s attorney , Kayla Bumpus, walked into the courtroom for a moment. Judge Glanville had called for her on Monday , but she was already gone for the day.
Judge Glanville has taken the bench.
Kenneth “Lil Woody” Copeland has returned to testify.
If #Vegas had set the odds, the house would’ve destroyed the public because most people thought he would’ve already fled the country by now.
Prosecutor Hilton picks up right where she left off.
Prosecutor Hilton begins her examination by showing Lil Woody a series of social media photos and asks him about the hand signals that he’s making. She’s also asking him to identify the other people in the photos
Lil Woody testified that he and Young
first met in 2014 at a music studio , where they took a photo together and then began a friendship. He added that they went to “clubs,” “bowling alley” and “kids’ games .”

Judge Glanville has indicated that he wants to handle a "matter" with Copeland's stand in lawyer, "Miss Bumpass". I believe he's going to confront her about if she told Steel about the ex parte meeting.
