Does Woody have an attorney currently? There was confusion the other day as to who was representing him and if he wanted representation.

After 55 mins of being in session following the lunch break, they are back on break. Someone, and I suspect it's a juror, needs a lot of "comfort breaks" as Glanville calls them.

Always amazes me when the Judge says they've reached a natural stopping point for the day and ends trial. This has been the same testimony all week and they've gotten literally nowhere with this witness (except in circles) to even have a stopping point.

4 days into testimony and I'm not sure the jury can believe anything Copeland has said either now or back in 2015 & 2021. The state needs to start showing his conflicting statements from his 6 police interviews.
