Kenneth Copeland, aka Lil Woody, told authorities in a 2015 interrogation video that he did not have anything to do with the death of alleged YSL rival Donovan Thomas Jr. "I didn't have anything to do with this," he said to law enforcement.

Steel has been asking him to recuse for months. When I first noticed this case, this was going on.

No jury tomorrow. Jury returns Thursday. (Wednesday is federal holiday). Tomorrow the attorneys and Judge will meet to go over more of Woody’s police interrogation to argue what should be allowed in front of the jury plus Steel’s motion will be heard.

I learned of this trial because of the national attention which crossed over into a different Georgia trial many follow.
