RELIEF SOUGHT: Weinstein asks that the Court grant a Writ directing Glanville to adhere to Rule 25.3 and assign the Motion for Recusal for hearing before an "unbiased judge.”
Weinstein also asks that the higher court to halt the trial pending the resolution of the motion for recusal. Also demanding an unredacted transcript of the ex parte hearing before any cross exam of Copeland.
