The GBI was brought in to help with the investigation. 26-year-old Seth Hunter Brown and 29-year-old Taylor Marie Hughes of Lyons were arrested in the child's death.
They are both charged with malice murder, felony murder, cruelty to children in the 1st degree and aggravated battery

Sadly it was her mother and the mother's boyfriend who took this sweet baby's life. They had previous CPS cases with the same allegations.
