27-year-old Reginal Johnson was last seen around 12:15 p.m. on December 14 near Watercrest Drive. Johnson has mental health disorders and is not on his medication.

He is about 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 215 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Johnson was last seen wearing a green and navy shirt, blue jeans, and a black jacket.
