Anyone who has contact with Richard Maner is asked to notify the Winder Police Department by calling 770-867-2156.

I’m an investigator with the Winder Police Department and was asked to follow up with you in reference to a missing persons case involving Richard Maner. During the investigation, I spoke with several individuals and family members that confirmed Mr. Maner was in the Augusta Georgia area frequenting homeless shelters, soup kitchens, etc. Mr. Maner remains on the missing persons list so law enforcement can officially make contact with him and verify his safety.
