This is the second time in recent weeks that Cowles has gone missing.
According to CCPD, Cowles has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Here's another Mattie's Call for Robert. This one is dated 29 Jul 2020. He could very well have been found since then given as neither of the two other alerts were ever updated. I'm hoping he's somewhere safe.

WHAT: Mattie’s Call issued for Robert Cowles
WHEN: 7/29/2020 @ 0600 hours
WHERE: 5930 Highway 85, Riverdale, GA 30274
DETAILS:
On 7/30/2020 at approximately 1400 hours, Clayton County Police Officers responded to a missing person’s call at 5930 Highway 85, Riverdale, GA 30274. Officers learned Robert Cowles (DOB: 5/5/1991) was last seen walking away from the location on 7/29/2020 at approximately 0600 hours. Mr. Cowles has been diagnosed with Schizophrenia. Mr. Cowles is described as a twenty-nine-year-old black male with black hair and brown eyes. Mr. Cowles is 5’09” in height and weighs approximately 230 lbs. Mr. Cowles was last seen wearing a black and blue shirt, black sweat pants, and black sneakers.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Robert Cowles is being asked to notify the Clayton County Police Department at (770)477-3550. CCPD Case # 20037000
