Found Safe GA - Shoua Kue, Adult, Barrow County, 4 Sept 2017

Deputies in Barrow County are on the lookout for a missing elderly woman.

Authorities said Shoua Kue was last seen in the area of Perkins Road and Hog Mountain Road around 5:30 p.m. Officials say she was at the Chevron gas station at the time.

Kue is described as being between 4 feet 10 inches tall and 5 feet 1 inch tall and about 120 pounds. She was wearing all black. Officials said she does not speak English.

Area last seen appears to be a more rural area. There are homes, but they are farther apart than in the cities. There are a lot of wooded areas around that area, as well. Several neighbors with outbuildings and some farm fields.
