Columbia County Sheriff's Office investigators say the child died a day before the crash due to multiple stab wounds in the right side of her neck.

A jury finds Marina Middlebrooks guilty on all charges against her in the murder of her 2-year-old daughter.

The judge has sentenced Middlebrooks to life without possibility of parole for the murder charges. She was also sentenced 20 years for the child cruelty charges.
