Stephen Richard Seay, 46, was last seen June 7 when he was leaving his sister’s house, according Gwinnett County Police Department Cpl. Wilbert Rundles, spokesman for the department.
Though Seay responded to a text message on June 8, he has not been seen since and the June 8 text was the last contact his family has had with him.
His phone has since been turned off and he has no known contact, which is described as unusual behavior by his family, Rundles said.
Seay is described as a white man with blue eyes, brown/gray hair, 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds with tattoos on both arms.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans and tennis shoes. He drives a white 2007 Lexus RX4 with Florida license plate “IIWA08.”
