Nah it would be much more fun watching that play out during trial. lol
I agree. I bet the prosecutor is loving that he is talking so he can be discredited when called to testify during the trial.

The person I want to hear from is Anthony. The one who helped the defendant get Cooper out of the vehicle and did CPR himself, while what's-his-face went to make phone calls.

Poor guy is probably traumatized, grieving more than "Mom" and "Dad"... can you imagine? Can you imagine desperately trying to help and then... all of THIS coming out? I just can't imagine... wow.

There are 39 deaths, not 39 children left in car, then add in those who forget in other situations. There are plenty of people around who shouldn't have children--most of whom are not forgetful at all.

What other situations? You mean someone who starts to walk away from their car and remembers before they even really forget to get their child or do you mean situations where both parents each think the other one got the child out already? Those aren't the same. We're talking about people who fully and completely forget they have an infant in a car for hours and hours. People who can do that are very rare!

I would bet most humans have at some point left something on top of their car or forgotten what they came to the grocery store. Very, very few humans have forgotten their offspring in a hot car! If everyone was that forgetful and unaware of their offspring our species would have died out long ago. It's just not happening on a large scale. I also think it's happening intentionally more often than we could ever know.

I am having a severe brain fart,lol....do we know LE called the daycare and told them to take LH to the treehouse? I realize they met her there and told her about the death but do we know why they did not meet her at the daycare? This question is nagging at me. Someone help please!

Forgive me if someone answered already.

Her child wasn't there and she assumed RH left CH in the car. My understanding was that it was of her own volition to go to the TH and TJ accompanied her... I don't recall any testimony that suggested she was directed to go to the TH. So I'm guessing she was doing what she thought natural and going to the TH in an attempt (fake or real, at this point who knows?) to find RH, the car, and CH.

Whenever I forget anything or lose anything, eg. umbrella, phone, keys, etc, etc. (mundane stuff) there is always something nagging at me for the day, like my subconscious remembers but my brain hasn't clicked in yet. He had so many triggers to help him during his day that it is so obviously BS. I also love how he uses his own son as the excuse for why he 'forgot': he fell asleep. GMAB. JMO

Kind of telling that we haven't heard from him, don't ya think.

Methinks we'll hear from him at the trial

I think she was, she expected to find the scene there. imo
