Sure, I can and you probably could, too. But the discussion isn't about our heads, it is about a baby allegedly properly secured in a child safety seat.
"Logan Cox, of Buford, S.C., who had been missing for less than an hour Wednesday before he was found in a parked car in front of the family's home, died Sunday of heatstroke, according to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, N.C."

The 3 yr old little boy and his dog, playing in a hot car, less than an hour... dog found dead boy lived 4 days.
Mom was taking a nap.

Still catching up - so possibly already discussed - anyone else notice an upswing in media attention focused on LH? I have seen it in 3 or 4 places today -including a lengthy spot on "Inside Edition" which showed her face during the hearing and repeated many of her "Odd" comments and behaviors. I wonder if they are doing this on their own ........or........is it possible LE has leaked some info. about her???? I'm thinking maybe B in an attempt to get LH to talk. What do you think?
Are you intentionally just trying to avoid my point?
In general terms, ANYBODY, (you me baby elderly)... Could cause abrasions to their head by lifting just the head an slamming it back. Anybody.
If he were trying desperately to get out of being strapped down in a car seat or if he were having a seizure, he could have caused abrasions on the back of his head.
If he was tightly strapped down in a car seat, his head and his arms could still move. Therefore, he could still get abrasions and scratches.
If you rub your skin hard enough, back and forth, for long enough on anything you are going to cause an open wound!
OMG! The baby and his dog :'(! You can't take a nap and leave a toddler alone! Horrible!
Oh no :-(
Mother and grandmother both home and both sleeping
The family is saying he was missing for less than an hour but how do they know if everyone was sleeping?
I think there are better tests than that

I think the police determined it was impossible to properly secure him in that low position which is why they examined the seat itself.
iow, the newborn position of the straps is evidence he lied to cops when he told them he properly secured his son.

There are some hurdles that Harris and his defense team are going to have to explain that, IMO, are unexplainable.
1. Any time during the drive to work from CFA that Harris had to look into the right side mirror to change lanes or whatever, the car seat would be visible to him along with the top of Cooper's head.
2. Even if Harris did not use his rear view mirror in order to back up to park at work, he would have to use his right side mirror which then reverts to number 1.
3. When Harris left work he had to make a left hand turn, this means that he had to look to his right to see any oncoming traffic. Once again, looking to his right the car seat and the top of Cooper's head would be visible.
Now I know that it has been said that Harris does not have (or has limited) hearing in his right ear. It has also been claimed (rumor) that he has little to no sense of smell. However, neither of those affect his eyesight nor explain why he did not see either the car seat or the top of Cooper's head numerous times before and after work.

oh wow....did not realize that! I have too many pages to catch up on. Yes that makes no sense at all if it was not a convertible seat. So previously, before buying the convertible seat they only had one car seat that had to be moved from car to car? Most working parents that share child transportation responsibilities would have two car seats....instead of buying fancy guitars.....
stick a fork in me. I AGREE. He was not at all properly secured.
STODDARD: Both. The defendant stated that, you know, that i went to Chick-Fil-A first and i was able to pull cash register receipts from the Chick-Fil-A and surveillance video to confirm that.
SNIP
STODDARD: The witnesses, everyone described that he pulled into it at a high rate of speed and they heard squealing tires when the vehicle came to a stop and Justin immediately exited the vehicle, he seemed upset. His behavior was considered erratic by many of the witnesses. He would be yelling and screaming, "oh, my god, what have i done? My child is dead." And then he would stop and just have a blank look on his face and just stand there. When he pulled Cooper out of the vehicle he placed them down on the hot pavement --
(CROSSTAKL)
UNIDENTIFIED PROSECUTOR: When he did that, did anyone assist him in getting the child out to the pavement?
STODDARD: Yes, Anthony did.

MOO Anthony will reveal the truth of this matter in due time and I am done debating it. I have agreed to disagree.
Moving on . . .
After parking, he say there. For 30 seconds... That's a long time.

If you agree the child wasn't properly strapped in the car what exactly are you agreeing to disagree about?
