JMHO, the defense has probably decided the two shouldn't talk to each other due to the fact that their communications have been so "off" and could possibly be the same here. The interview would be recorded and could be used against either one of them.

Remember CA! The videos of visitation were priceless for the prosecution, even if the jury came to a decision we didn't like.

That makes sense! Dang it. I want jail calls or video tape of the visits.

Did Leanna Harris and her husband Justin purposely put son Cooper in the wrong car seat in order to hasten his death? That's the focus of a new set of warrants and an investigation by prosecutors in the death of the 22-month-old boy left in a sweltering car.

Detectives are looking into Cooper's medical records to see if the boy was developing normally; his father told detectives that his son was "developing fine, was walking, talking and appeared to be a normal child for his age." That led to new questions as to why Cooper, if he was developing normally, was placed in a car seat too small for him.

While I was doing an internship at the Cook County and Will County Jails in Illinois, I noted a shockingly high amount of visits that were "refused". Funny thing is, at Will County, (Drew Peterson blech!) They have the visitor fill out the form, hand over identification, and they go get seated at the visitor phone/camera. It's done via Skype. But if the inmate refuses the visit, the guest has already been seated and went through the rigamarole of paperwork etc. Point being it would take about 25 minutes before the guest found out, "He refused your visit."

They are of course recorded...maybe he learned his lesson with that. (Leanne made that comment, "Did you tell them too much?" Previously).
Maybe he's not taking any more chances.

Thanks, I also wonder if he was a bit ashamed about the things that came out at the hearing. I am not sure how much she knew about his other women and the sexting! But what you said makes more sense legally.

Leanna Harris arrived at the Cobb County Jail at 8:00 on Tuesday morning. She was accompanied by one other woman. Jail rules only permit two visitors per inmate for each visitation session. The video conferences are scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Leanna Harris was inside the visitation center for 36 minutes. While walking back to her car, she kept her head down and did not answer reporter questions. The woman with her also declined comment. While the car started driving away, Leanna placed her head in her hands, seemingly upset.

You mean sext underage girls who aren't their wife? You really think a lot of people do this or sext pictures of their penis to other women while their wife and child are in the bed next to them? Then brag about having no conscious? How many people do you think are doing it to this level? I think they're probably terrible people capable of anything too, but that is only my opinion.

Yes, I know professionals that do that. I think it is disgusting and like I said, people don't seem to have morals anymore. People can justify anything to fit their particular needs - may be 100 percent wrong but they manage to convince themselves that it is okay. To me it is disturbing how society has seemed to have lost respect, accountability and feelings of others.
JVM will say anything to help ratings - it is her job.

Sorry for being snarky - but does she not own anything that doesn't say "Roll Tide"? Almost every family photo and now this today - she had to know she would be photographed going into the jail.... I'm just sayin'........

HA, she may not. Football fans in the South sometimes plan their entire wardrobe around their favorite teams. You would not believe how many people in AL have named their children after University of AL football coaches. CRAZY.

RT @Jeremy11alive When asked if she talked to Ross, Leanna Harris gently nodded "no." #11alive #harriscase11

So, I'm curious as to why investigators are searching their home for light bulbs (read below) and why would JRH buy them if he didn't need them? What is the point to all this?

"One of the new search warrants released focused on a search of the couples' home "to include the inspection of the lights in and around the residence, if there are a sufficient amount of light bulbs in storage to determine if there was a need to purchase light bulbs the afternoon of the incident."
During the investigation, the surveillance video from Home Depot was reviewed. On the video Harris is seen pulling into the parking lot of his work the morning of the incident"

I've seen more emotion from her in today's photos than I have this entire case. :/
She only shows interest or emotion when it comes to Ross.. Bizarre.

JMO but I think they were verifying the need for light bulbs...because perhaps he only went back to the car to check on the progress of his murder of Cooper, and he used the bulb purchase as an excuse to see if he was dead.

JMO though

Is there a link for today's photos of LH? TIA.

Wish I could say I haven't, but I have visited a family member in jail. I think it's likely that Ross did not want to see her. 36 minutes seems about right to go through the motions of seeing someone. Of course, she would be upset about that.

With that said, what jail has visiting hours this time of day? I'm sure it's different state, different policies, but here you only have certain evenings and weekends.

I thought detective on the stand said they did indeed need bulbs for a vanity mirror.

I actually would believe it as I am an alumni of their biggest rival school (also located in Ala.) - HOWEVER... I do not wear my football fan t-shirts everywhere I go. This obsession gives credence to suspicion about another motive for the choice of CH's casket color. (someone else questioned the casket color originally, not me - and yes I know about the "red truck, red car" reason....)

Clearly our priorities are askew. I mean, come on. Her man didn't want to see her! That must be earth-shattering, devastating, crippling...
/sarcasm
It really frosts my cookies that she is so upset about Ross.
My son is my everything - I couldn't put anyone over him.
