Thank you......this is one of those things ((there are several more )) that have bothered me.....HE told a nubile young thing that he was texting that his wife knew and had forgiven him......(like that is what a free pass? and hints that she would forgive him again) -- I believe it was his bragging once again.........

Yeah, it's a funny thing I have about proven liars...I don't believe a single word they say!
When a proven liar is ALSO an alleged murderer .....and that person says something, they need to prove it to me.

I don't just "trust" willy nilly!

Wouldn't it be great if they had the mock up in court, and had Ross sit in the drivers seat? Oh wait...... That didn't work so well in the OJ case.

Just to observe that video from the parking lot would be fine!

I'm just trying to find out for sure did he back in/reverse into that darn spot or not. For some reason that is the clincher for me.

If he backed in without his arm on the seats (no obstruction of view) Then he could not miss baby Cooper, because that is the way RH claims he noticed him for the first time later that day.

my opinion all that jazz etc., :moo:

maybe he said f you like he did to LE when he was handcuffed.

It bothered me even more to learn the law enforcement officer he said "f you" to ....was a woman.

For me, one big piece of evidence I have a hard time understanding is how he could buckle his child in, drive 30-40 seconds to a light, and in the space of those few seconds forget about dropping him off and turn the other way toward work. It just seems unbelievable to me.

However, I myself have forgotten things (not a baby!) in the space of just a few seconds. More than once I have gone into a room to get something, and immediately forgotten what I intended to get. Or, I'll start to say something to someone, and immediately forget what I had meant to say. I know these things happen to other people, too; I've heard them describe it. So I have to imagine it's a reasonably common phenomenon.

But forgetting a baby? Surely forgetting something so important in that short a time should be different than forgetting that you went into the bathroom to get some tweezers, right?

Yeah, funny thing too...as soon as you walk all the way back to where you started, you remember exactly what it was that you forgot;)

Wonder why they chose to marry in a park and not a church ((search engine down can't find the engagement announcement that someone posted pointing out that ''odd bit''))

This makes me wonder when if this ''yoking'' thing occurred.......she was bright accomplished kid who probably felt sorry for JRH and took him on as a fixer upper (JMO)......so don't know where the follow the leader thing changed leadership ..... there must have a been a definite point of change.....((this is one of those odd bits that's puzzled me))

"fixer upper" snort.:happydance:

lol, feel free. I'm not here to make you feel uncomfortable. I was under the impression this was a board to discuss the evidence.

Oh it is. Discuss away.

I'm not uncomfortable at all, ever:)

Welcome to Websleuths!

I just prefer to be authentic and don't like to role play. I was serious and very appreciative for the heads up. I wasn't being rude, honest.

They did some digging and found that in all of his social media photos with Leanne, he is wearing his ring. In the potty selfies that he posted on some "extracurricular" sites his wedding ring is missing.

forgot he was married or
forgot his ring

I am thinking she's on stress leave -- probably has short term disability coverage at work.

Iirc she self employed?

Could be wrong about that though!

I wouldn't rule out Houston's but it's been forever since I've been there so I'm a little fuzzy on the restrooms. It's a nice restaurant, could be a date night, could be a place they RH and LH met friends for a nice dinner. It's a really good place to meet a group. There are 2 Houston's in buckhead to make it even more interesting...Lenox rd and another on peachtree rd. I actually thought it was dantanas or brio, but def could be Houston's.

Regarding the location of the buckhead selfie RH took...Quoting myself to correct part, I see the manager said rh dined there with one other person on Saturday, February 15th. Getting reservations in atlanta, particularly buckhead, on valentines weekend is something that typically takes at least a month advance planning, and i mean at least a month if not 2 for a nice upscale restaurant in buckhead. Just an FYI.

We only have the accused murderers word that she knew he had previously cheated on her.

Right, these are his words and she may not have known about any of this. He had 2 sides to him; one is he went to church and did the church thing, he put on a front for his wife, possibly acting like the "good husband and father" then this other side comes out when no one is around. This is just my guess and I could be wrong but not all wives know everything their husbands do, especially in this day and age. :twocents: And if she did know about it and was ok with it, well that is also between her and him. HOWEVER, her lack of anger at the death of her son by the hands of her own husband, is beyond me..

From this picture it looks like he had to back in, but it could be the angle of the photograph.

She may be making a bold statement.

she needs to be nominated for "what not to wear" if that show is still on. a little black dress would go a long way, JS

I wonder why he took off his ring if he was open about being married on his hook up and chat sites?

LOL Dr Drew had a video of one of Ross` friends saying he was a good father because he spent time with his son. He said `Ross, Justin, whatever you want to call him...``and started sort of laughing at that. Which leads me to wonder....why does he go by both names so often? This is weird to me too. JMO

I don't know how common it is but my husband is third-generation Miami with relatives from North Carolina and Georgia, and among their various naming traditions is one where a child is called (known) by his middle name – I don't know about girls.

My husband legally changed his middle name to his given one after after his dad died. During his dad's final months he was very sick and often hospitalized and nurses calling him by his first name just confused the poor man. Hubby says he doesn't want that to happen to him.

I have a feeling that once LE is done with all of the computers, phones, etc that the family and friends are going to be wondering if they ever really knew Leanna as well. I don't buy the excuse that Leanna was in a marriage where she did as her husband said because he was the "leader" of the family. I don't buy the excuse that it is a religious thing for them. What I do believe is that she knew about everything Harris was up to (sexting, sex with others, killing Cooper, etc) and was just fine with it because she (IMO) was doing the same things. There are people that are in an "open marriage". They feel it is ok for them to have sex with people other than their spouse. There are some restrictions on it of course, but as long as the rules are followed then no problem for them. I didn't see Leanna get upset about the sexting that Harris was doing, as if she didn't know about it. Instead I saw more of an "oh carp, what happens when they find out what I'VE been doing too?!?!" reaction. I just can't place all of the blame on Harris alone at this point. I have said before, and will continue to say, that Leanna needs (deserves IMO) to be in a matching orange jumpsuit as Harris. Arrested and charges in the murder of Cooper as well.

MOO

Maybe he couldn't hear it when looking for it in the morning to put it on.

It is common with girls too. My close friends/family call me by my middle name, even putting it on birthday checks so that I have to explain it to the teller when I get them cashed. Others, like friends from my daughter's school, the teachers, anything professional, know me by my first name. The problem is, my nickname is actually only part of my middle name. I have a La in front of my middle name that my mother, dad and family dropped when calling me by my "name". Makes it very confusing. lol

Maybe he never wears it?

It looks like he may have gained a significant amount if weight over the years, maybe it didn't fit?

Could be subconscious decision to wear that t-shirt or didn't have anything else to wear. Very bizarre choice.

OMG that was hilarious!
