You know, speaking of that (non) promotion, I wonder if RH got wind that his days at HD were numbered, ergo the short work days and screwing off (literally). All speculation of course, but if you combine it with not getting the job at CF he may have been facing some lean times until he secured another position. That would be pretty stressful.

:moo:

Very possible. Wonder what changed? According to his LI profile, he received three "Home Depot Associate Homer Awards" in 2013.

You just know his co-workers (the ones he went to lunch with) are sweating bullets and walking the straight and narrow right about now!

I bet his supervisor is on the hot seat too.

Home Depot would have plenty of cause to fire DH. Aside from his sexting all day at work, is it normal to arrive at 9:30 and leave at 4:15, plus take a one-hour lunch?

According to my BIL most HD workers put in really long days. When this first broke my brother in law and sister were talking and the hours he worked sent huge red flags up

Sure, it would be stressful. Obviously not enough to keep him from remembering his girlfriends while his son was dying in the car though.

I was thinking about something darker, like ways to ease his stress from financial burdens....

Article says the inmates are apparently giving him the "hand across the throat" sign....guess they are not fond of what they consider baby killers.

Hmm, jail still lists him as being in there.

Wasn't he already there? Thought I read somewhere that's where they had him

I think he was in the medical area earlier on.....I am assuming mental health is different but what do I know....my search just shows in jail.

“Inmates are threatening him and doing the knife across under the chin motion. Guards at the jail were saying he was moved to keep him segregated for his safety.”

per an unidentified source "close" to the situation. MOO someone inside the jail has become this "news" site's source. Who needs the sunshine law when you have staff or prisoner looking to make a little money ;)

We don't know for sure that his work hours that day weren't approved or usual, do we? Just wondering if HD or any co-workers have commented.

After watching the probable cause hearing again on wildabouttrial, (which contains the entire hearing, unlike the 3 part you tube version), I am starting to have doubts about his guilt. I was so ready to see this guy hang, but now, not so sure. The prosecution was allowed by the judge to run roughshod over the defendant and his lawyer, and the judge appearing to have made up his mind early on what the outcome would be.

There were interesting things I missed the first time about how Ross & Leanna split the pick up/drop off duties so that Ross was not always dropping him off, and sometimes he would drop Cooper off then go back out for breakfast before returning to work. They were not necessarily having financial difficulties. The detective skewed Leanna's comment about "no more than anyone else" to become "financial difficulties". The convenient missing time frames on some of Ross's alleged searches, like the surviving prison and second viewing of the vet in the hot car thing. I know if anyone looked at my viewing habits, it would look crazy. I'll run across something in a forum and want to follow up on it, and it could look strange or even incriminating to other people.

On the phone testimony, it was not clear as to whether he simply pulled his phone out as he went back into the building after lunch or whether he was pretending to talk. He may have been checking for missed messages. Whatever NG has to say is about that is suspect. [modsnip]

The judge dismissing part of a witnesses testimony by saying it's not even important.

Even Ross's behavior, while it looked initially to be lack of emotion, starts to look more like he's trying hard to suppress emotion.

His mother's anger on Facebook about speculation by the media who doesn't even know Ross. I would be angry and frustrated as well at the steamrolling of my son by "throw him to lions" mentality.

I dunno, was hoping maybe others might watch again with an open mind, not so clouded by media and public opinion and see if anyone who is deadset on his guilt might have a shred of doubt.

That's what I thought too, but then I couldn't remember if it was another case or what.

Wait until they start with the sexual gestures...I'd bet he would show some real genuine tears then, for himself. I hope he's scared almost to death...

Did anyone read about his post to REDDIT: "Sex is scientifically designed for one thing, and that`s to reproduce. Does it feel good? Yes. But that`s just a side effect. And if you can`t support children, don`t have sex. Don`t have abortions." ...so was he planning on having kids with all these women he wanted to hook up with??

Nah. Just talking the talk for the benefit of others in his circle, family, and church, and not walking the walk. That kind of thing is pretty rampant and epidemic in my --> :moo:
