Ugh, that is NOT a good sign! I hope there will not be some sort of insanity defense!

1) Not sure I believe Hollywood Life. They have been known to be National Enquirer-ish

2) It's most likely for his protection and not any real mental health issues

3) It is very difficult in any state to prove an insanity defense. It will not happen in this case.

That's what I thought too, but then I couldn't remember if it was another case or what.

The Houston shooter is in the jail mental unit.

With an over than $800.00 a month daycare bill too.

I have to ask, is this cheap or expensive? The context of how people mention it makes it sound like it's expensive?

Don't see that flying.
IMO he is and has always been in the infirmary since he got there. He didn't show up to court in a suicide smock. He has on his orange jumpsuit.
The jail changed if from the original listing to "in jail" someone probably saw it on here and complained to a lawyer and he had the jail remove that identifying information. Look up other inmates. No ones says IN JAIL.

It's for his own protection.
Mentally ill my big toe!

These 4 killed a man and are at CCADC
everyone says where they are located not "in jail"
They were all over 18 a year ago.

We don't know for sure that his work hours that day weren't approved or usual, do we? Just wondering if HD or any co-workers have commented.

I'm not shocked by his hours because we don't know if he was salary.
When I worked for Sony Music it wasn't uncommon to work 12 -13 hours a day for two three weeks straight without a day off ...for a new BIG release or live concert recording. So when finished there were many many days that would make RH's day look grueling. That's sometimes the nature of being a salaried employee. It was well known, expected and everyone above was just thrilled we successfully made deadlines.

[h=3]Leanna Harris briefly speaks to Channel 2 Action News[/h]The mother of Cooper Harris briefly spoke to Channel 2 Action News, simply uttering no comment to our photographer on Thursday afternoon. "Do you support your husband still?" the photographer asked. Leanna Harris responded, "We have no comment."

:giggle:

Then her lawyer is terrible! Any lawyer worth his/her salt tells their client that 'no comment' is one of the worst things to say!

We had a situation at work and the media were hounding us. We were told that under no circumstances were we to say 'no comment'. We all had to learn a script directing the them to the media unit.

Little did I know how much my volunteering with the sex ad-dicks group at church would come back to me while reviewing this case.

One of the things that amazed me is that the preachers and elders always told the wives that a loving wife forgives and supports her "sinning" husband. A big deal was made out of this.

Also, many of the wives believed they were sexually inadequate and that their husbands cheated because they "had let themselves go" after having kids. (Needless to say, it was really disturbing to hear these women blame themselves for what their husbands had chosen to do.)

Point being: "Good wives" stay with their bad husbands no matter what while "bad, worldly wives" leave when the going gets rough.

WHAT? Omg. Can you say "Dark Ages"?! "Good Wife?" Oh PUH-LEASE!

My absolute worst nightmare. It makes me sad for them, makes me want to hug and help empower them to see that they are being oppressed by their community and church.

It truly makes me sick. First as a woman, and as feminist. If anyone ever dared say those words to another woman in front of me, or to me personally, I'd be thrown out on my ear after they heard the verbal lashing that came out of my mouth in response.

It's truly repugnant. A woman is to blame for their husbands inability to stay faithful? Something has to be wrong with her and not him? This oppresses women and infantalizes men, leaving them free and clear for any and all responsibility for their deceitful actions. Further...standing up for herself is not encouraged? :puke: :puke: :puke: If she did the same...she would be all scarlet letter and she would be deemed a Wh**e

Just infuriates me beyond words. What unbelievable NERVE that takes and patriarchal BS that is.

And honestly, I would not be surprised if Leann was "staying" for some of these very reasons.

IMO it seems expensive to me considering what he was bringing in.

I think Leanne may be a victim to this kind of thinking. She puts her husband first not the safety of her child. :(

You don't happen to work for HD at the Treehouse location, do you? :giggle:

Hemy Neuman was found insane and guilty, not sure exact phrase. That was in GA. He is in jail.

Hopefully for testing to prove he is a sociopath.

He may be suicidal. You don't get "moved" to a mental health ward for testing facilitated by your lawyer. I bet he had a breakdown. There is no way that-this guy can handle jail or prison in any way. The consequences may be hitting him that he may never walk free ever again.

Thanks. daycare is around $2500 a month here, so I wanted to be sure.

After watching the probable cause hearing again on wildabouttrial, (which contains the entire hearing, unlike the 3 part you tube version), I am starting to have doubts about his guilt. I was so ready to see this guy hang, but now, not so sure. The prosecution was allowed by the judge to run roughshod over the defendant and his lawyer, and the judge appearing to have made up his mind early on what the outcome would be....{snipped}.

Laws of evidence are different at a probable cause hearing than during the trial. The prosecutor only has to convince the judge that they have enough evidence to move forward with the trial.

I didn't watch the hearing - I only followed along here and read some press accounts of it - I don't have time to watch the whole thing. But what was reported made me feel more strongly in his guilt.

I enjoyed reading your take on it though - and good for you for approaching this with an open mind.

Remember the reddit conversation tho, with the poster who wanted to know what career to go into that would allow them to surf the web and troll reddit all day? And the ensuing conversation was all web design and IT people with big companies. They all described much of their jobs as sitting around doing nothing for hours and hours on end and very occasionally there would be stressful deadlines, etc but in general it was a lot of sitting around with time to goof and goof and goof.

If RH was fired for goofing I would think that means he was doing much more than the apparent normal goofing.

There were interesting things I missed the first time about how Ross & Leanna split the pick up/drop off duties so that Ross was not always dropping him off, and sometimes he would drop Cooper off then go back out for breakfast before returning to work. They were not necessarily having financial difficulties. The detective skewed Leanna's comment about "no more than anyone else" to become "financial difficulties". The convenient missing time frames on some of Ross's alleged searches, like the surviving prison and second viewing of the vet in the hot car thing. I know if anyone looked at my viewing habits, it would look crazy. I'll run across something in a forum and want to follow up on it, and it could look strange or even incriminating to other people.

On the phone testimony, it was not clear as to whether he simply pulled his phone out as he went back into the building after lunch or whether he was pretending to talk. He may have been checking for missed messages. Whatever NG has to say is about that is suspect. I can't even watch that buffoon without laughing anymore.

The judge dismissing part of a witnesses testimony by saying it's not even important.

Even Ross's behavior, while it looked initially to be lack of emotion, starts to look more like he's trying hard to suppress emotion.

His mother's anger on Facebook about speculation by the media who doesn't even know Ross. I would be angry and frustrated as well at the steamrolling of my son by "throw him to lions" mentality.

I dunno, was hoping maybe others might watch again with an open mind, not so clouded by media and public opinion and see if anyone who is deadset on his guilt might have a shred of doubt.

Respectfully, I had the opposite reaction. I had not formed an opinion prior to the bond hearing. The picture painted by Detective Stoddard was very telling, and looking at RH in the courtroom with his perfectly coiffed Bieber hair and no emotion sealed it for me.
