That stepmom is evil to the core!

That poor boy.

I saw her Facebook post, and it did nothing to make me think he wasn't guilty. I saw a mother in denial about her son. She didn't even acknowledge his sexting issues or cheating on his wife. Only went on and on about what a "wonderful father" he was.

I'd expect nothing less from a mother that loves her son.

Just to clarify it's an unnamed restaurant in an area of downtown atlanta called buckheead. Like many cities we have several parts of the city with their own area names (midtown, Virginia highlands, little 5 are a few of the others :-). The title of the article made that misleading :-) so I just wanted to clarify. I'm bothering all my guy friends with the urinal selfie to see if anyone recognizes the restaurant lol.

Thank you! I fixed it in the OP. :)

but what if you're shopping for a bra? I'm nothing to look at but I don't like the idea of being laughed at either!:scared::tantrum:
Only. ike 3 people work here! As long as they aren't filming a show, I'm good!

I just asked attorney husband, and he said... It's very illegal.

It is a matter of state law-totally dependent on where you live. In the states that permit it, only same gender associates are supposed to view each gender's dressing room.

Not sure of the accuracy of the lists below as I haven't reviewed each state's statutes but this info is generally available in various places.

These states don’t allow security cameras in dressing rooms:

> South Dakota
> New Hampshire
> Michigan
> Maine
> Minnesota
> Utah
> Kansas
> Delaware
> Hawaii
> Georgia
> California
> Arkansas
> Alabama

All other states allow taping you in a dressing room—but if and only if they notify you of video camera.

Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming.

I love my daughter. I won't cover for her if she murders someone. You wouldn't see me in the media defending her, especially if it's my grandchild. She'd feel lucky to be in jail to be safe from me!!!

No, not really. If you ever administered them, you'd know they're not easy to fake. The person does NOT see when you administer the tone, and there are other types of testing besides pure-tone testing. Audiograms are highly accurate.
Besides, as I said recently he wouldn't have sustained any major loss since June 18th, so a comparison is not going to show a major difference.

Thanks. Just realized I mistakenly said 'defense' would complain instead of 'prosecution.' It's a wonder you made sense of that post at all. ;)

I was just remembering my toddler daughter's hearing test, and my own several years ago--seems like I could conceivably claim not to hear most of the tones in the headsets (particularly the right one) if I wanted to complain of being deaf. But I'm not remembering all of the test, I suppose.

1) Not sure I believe Hollywood Life. They have been known to be National Enquirer-ish

2) It's most likely for his protection and not any real mental health issues

3) It is very difficult in any state to prove an insanity defense. It will not happen in this case.

Is hollywoodlife a legit msn source ?

Although...prosecution would have plenty to complain about if they did. Hearing tests are pretty subjective ('raise your hand if you hear the tone'); seems they could be easily skewed for a defense trial IOW. They'd probably have to use the most current exam he'd had prior to Cooper's death.

Here are tests that can be done.

You can even be asleep for one of these. No fooling on some of these tests

Jmo, I am skeptical about recreations on NG...as well as most everything else:) but maybe it will be done accurately, rather than for shock value.

He was disgusting to watch during that hearing, his facial expressions and I only saw tears coming down one cheek, I'm going to shed a tear so I can get my way. He looked like a big baby sitting there, and if the lawyer thinks it is a good idea for him to comb his hair that way to look younger, and sit there pathetic, he is wrong. That poor pitiful look he was going for backfired, he was pouting, it was like watching a grown man in an orange onesie, only thing missing was his rattle.

What I noticed was him sitting back, would rock twice and have an "oh duh" moment.......like "got to remember NOT to rock in my chair in court". Very weird. Would happen all through the hearing.

Someone whispered in Js RIGHT EAR!
Seems like proof to me....what say you?

Maybe HD fired him after recognizing their toilet in that selfie.

Oh, this is new news to me. Glad they fired him -- as all he brought to the table for HD that you can chat, send peen pics, and do lots of other personal stuff on their dime. I wonder how his co-workers are fairing. Where I worked (4 years ago), our computers were monitored. HR could actually print out the sites you were visiting. People were constantly being fired for going on sex sites while working. I bet HD has even better technology and they can tell LE each site he went to, when, and where, etc. As for me, I had 2 sites -- WS and CNN. I never ventured anywhere else :) Big Brother is always watching!

MOO

I say he's NOT "deaf" if he can hear whispering. I minored in Audiology when I got my Master's in Speech Pathology.
