How do we know it was on several devices over a period of several hours? I missed seeing that. TIA.

Searches were found on work computer and home computer. That is "several devices". He could not have been simultaneously at home and work, so I assume these searches had to have been done over the course of more than one hour.

It is only my opinion. But they did say searches were done at home and at work, and also that some were by him and some by his wife.

Bond hearing Thursday afternoon, sounds like he will get bond.

I think he will be released on a high bond paid by their donation website (if it is still up and running) and money from friends/family. This is my hope, because based on his selfishly making Cooper's funeral about HIMSELF, I think he is a narcissist and will talk, talk, talk! I want to hear what leaks out when he has the chance to talk freely!

IDK if he'll be granted bail or not. What I do know is that the donation website has raised ~ $20,000. If RH is granted bail and it's a low amount, that may be enough to cover it. If the bail amount is high, the $20,000 may only cover the cash portion a bail bondsman would require, but it wouldn't necessarily cover the collateral portion of the bond. The cash portion of bond is typically 10% of the total bail amount.

As far as I know, RH & LH have no assets, so if a higher bond were set, someone else would have to put up the collateral portion (for instance, property).

It doesn't matter to me if he's granted bail, since LE has seized potential items of evidence and since I don't believe RH is a flight risk. He has no priors, so it's highly possible he'll be granted bail.

My husband has the most severe form of oligospermia with less than 3 million sperm present in his ejaculation. On top of that, he has 100% abnormal morphology and complete lack of motility. In lay terms, he has an extremely low sperm count and the few sperm he does have are severely deformed and can't move. We still did not have to use a sperm donor. They were able to extract the DNA from his sperm and place it directly into my eggs through a process known as ICSI. It's not very common to have to resort to a sperm donor these days if the male as any sperm at all. Ten years ago my husband and I would have had to use a sperm donor for sure, but the advances in reproductive assistance like ICSI have really changed the game. If Cooper's father had any sperm at all its unlikely a donor had to be used. You don't get much worse than my husband and we were able to use his DNA. Only a complete absence of sperm would require a donor.

That's great news for you and your husband -- thanks for educating me -- do you think that for some men this could be an ''issue'' ((meaning they resent the fact that they need some medical assistance in the fertilization)) ?

That is a sincere question -- am just wondering if for some men this could be an issue?

I really don't think they knew, at that particular point. They had clarified later on (I am looking for the link) that they did now know he was in the car. I suspect that they were corroborating his statement about chikfila, but obviously don't know that for a fact.

He did. He screamed for people to call 911. He also screamed that Cooper was "Choking". Apparently, he could hear with a damaged ear but could not see or smell while in the car. Cooper was also stiff with rigor in his limbs. And grey.

A few years back I'd read the book by Anne Rule titled " The Stranger Beside Me" (?) , about her working years ago with Ted Bundy. To her (Anne), he was polite and industrious. To others, he was a monster.

It would be nice to be completely wrong about my view on this case. I'd gladly eat humble pie in great quantities --- if RH is innocent and a victim of a witch hunt.
The alternative is unbearable.

(Sometimes I check out the "bizarre and offbeat news" or "news that makes you smile" ... because imo if you don't laugh a little, you'll cry.)

We were at some dear friends this Sunday for a meal and brought some belated birthday gifts for their son who turned two years old last month. He has the biggest smile and liked the stuffed fuzzy dolphin we gave him. He is saying quite a few words and waved the toy in the air saying "fishy whale !".
I couldn't help thinking a bit about how much Cooper was cheated --- didn't dwell on this tragedy to where it ruined my day ; but Cooper deserved to live, too !

I have tried to follow this from the beginning, but the threads were moving so fast, so I haven't read everything, sorry if I'm repeating.

Has it been confirmed that little cooper was attending daycare that day? Just a thought I had, what if to save on nursery/daycare fees, the plan was to leave cooper in the car, they researched the details of children left in hot cars, and didn't think(stupidly of corse), that this would happen?

Maybe they had even done it befor, (and somehow, got away with it). Maybe dad was checking on him at lunch time and realised what had happened?

I don't know, I'm just struggling to see how anyone could leave their a child in hot car for hours, shut the door and go about their daily life knowing what they have just done!

That's truly what makes this so horrendous about the death of an innocent-- how many times we were all wrong about a ''nice guy'' who would possibly involved in the death of his own child.

News feed just showed a couple In Louisana I think it was that left a 6month old in the car at a Walmart for about an hour...she was rescued, fed, changed and cared for....the people (not gonna even call them parents) did not even remember her being in there or so they said....they have other children including a twin of this baby....drugs, drugs, drugs....thank God the kids were removed from where they were found. They walk among us.

No. In the warrant it's been determined that the baby was placed by the father in the car at Chick Fil A.

So you were too rattled to call 911 and had someone else do it, but Harris requesting someone else to call 911 seems odd to a lot of posters here.

Personally, I think it's very smart to get someone less in shock to call 911, and it's what the Red Cross recommends in that situation. So good that you had the sense to do that. And good Harris also had that same idea.

Because by all accounts Harris wasn't making any sense at all at that time.

Asking someone else to call 911 could be out of consciousness of guilt. 911 calls are usually admitted at trial. By getting someone else to make it, his demeanor and words on the call were avoided. What this jerk didn't expect was the negative opinions of people who were there which are far more damaging than any performance on a 911 call.

There are very few cases where people are fooled by murderers - besides acquaintances I mean.

I know it's been said here that Harris must be a narcissist - but wives KNOW that. Acquaintances don't - but close family and wives do.

If someone is roundly beloved by family and live long friends, you can believe it. IMHO.
