I think it's just a photo ON a lamp. If the square thing were her cell phone taking a photo, it would be in front of her face, not to the side like you would a selfie. JMO lol

What if he returned to the vehicle to put his phone in it as an excuse as to why he was not answering it.

I just want to be clear ( in my best Obama tone ;) )
I am not defending this guy. I am trying to stick to the facts and be neutral until I see all the evidence, just like I was a juror.
Just because there are some of us who are not jumping on the murderer bandwagon, Does not mean that we are defending him. We are looking for the details and weighing them both ways and seeing how it fits best at this point.

There is no emotion in this for me and added emotion just clouds the facts IMO.

At this point I see a horrid mistake. I don't see murder. I don't see premeditation. I don't see anything that makes me think he wanted to get rid of his child.

I keep asking this question, but there doesn't seem to be an answer:

We know that children cannot be left unattended in a vehicle. Why were both parents researching how long a child could be left unattended in a vehicle on a hot day before that child is dead? If they were concerned about the well being of the child, and doing what is best and safe, they don't need to know now long it takes for a child to die in a hot car because they're not leaving their child unattended in a vehicle.

Which fits in with what I was saying. The width and depth of the car seat means that even in the middle of the back seat it would have projected forwards enough to be practically wedged between the two front seats. That would have put Connor's head just to the right and slightly behind his father's head.

Yes, in the middle of the back seat...and the father's seat pushed back for his height, RH would not have been able to NOT see the car seat out of his side vision.
I have same car and am shorter and can see my much younger nephew's head inside his car seat. No way not to see Cooper.:moo::moo:

otto, you are SO good with photos.

Thx. It sure looks like a photograph to me. If it was a reflection, her face would be the shape of the lamp base.

I missed the lunch discussion. Have we gotten new info. that he went out to lunch? Or is this speculation as to what he might have done for lunch? TIA - it's hard to keep up.....

it was just speculation from past thread....an Atlanta person suggested that he may have visited the food truck that was scheduled for that day. Apparently he left the office and did not take his vehicle.

being able to see the seat and into the car seat out of side vision..how could it be a mistake? I'm sure this is part evidence we will see in court with pictures of the inside of the vehicle that LE took at the scene.

if there is an ''innocent'' answer I suggested maybe they were having a ''friendly'' debate about their own behavior ((one berating the other over whether it was safe or not kind of thing))

how many times does one parent appear overprotective to the other -- it could have been a bone of contention between the two of the ((giving them some wiggle room here))

or

it could have been more sinister

It's a picture taped to a lamp, that's what people do these days right? They tape pictures to the side of lamps instead of putting them in frames or uploading them online LMAO

Judy, it appear from this report that LE has knowledge that Ross not only visited the vehicle during his lunch (appro 2;5 hours after arriving at work that morning) but he also then went off site to take his lunch but did not use his vehicle to do so.

Two different law enforcement sources tell FOX 5 during that lunch hour Mr. Harris left his work property to go out to lunch, but didn’t take his car.

Sources tell FOX 5 police are looking at every move Mr. Harris made, down to where he parked and the people he interacted with.

which of course caused more questions. Was that a normal practice? Did he carpool with other(s), did he walk? If so to where? etc.

I posted it before myself and commented that especially regarding Coopers position, it's usually a type of moment that elicits tenderness in the parent. I just don't see it in his father's face. <<Bias

Going to see if it's the picture I was thinking about.- Edit....yep!

Honestly, now looking at it I do think he took the picture, he seems to be concentrating on just that, taking a picture. I also think he did it knowing the picture of her would be in the center of the picture. jmo

Instead of researching how long it would take for their child to die after being left in a hot car all day, they should have researched whether the law allows parents to leave a child unattended in a vehicle. The entire story about researching how long it takes for a child to die from heatstroke presumes that it is perfectly fine to leave the child unattended in a vehicle ... and that is simply not true. First we're supposed to believe that the parents thought it was okay to use the car as a babysitter, and then we're supposed to believe that their only concern was about the length of time for death to occur.

I may have missed it, but did someone post a source for the information that Mom was out of town? Was it a day trip? Overnight? If Dad was planning to go out with friends, and she was away, who was supposed to pick Cooper up at Daycare? I haven't seen anything saying she was out of town at the time, so I don't mean to say she wasn't. Just asking.

I would like to know how large the object was that he placed in the car at lunch. Wouldn't he have to then move said object from the drivers seat when he got in after work? In the process of moving the object off of the seat he didn't notice a large rear facing car seat?

I see a picture attached to the lamp.

I think because the bottom of the picture is straight, it is not a reflection but a photo.

The white line on the too could be molding at the top of the wall.

I see a picture attached to the lamp.

The square shape of it is odd, isn't it?? You wouldn't expect to see those clear edges if it were not a photo taped to the lamp.

Which makes me wonder....why tape a picture to the lamp? Was it so the baby could see mom's face when he was being held by someone else??? I know, I'm reaching here...

I have some pics taped to my mirror. Or shall I really say shoved in the slot and hoping they don't fall. But I also have pics in frames with my kids on my dresser too.
