Did Harris ordinarily back into work parking spaces? Did Harris ordinarily park in that area? I notice that at my workplace there are devoted backers, devoted close-in parkers, devoted edge of the lot parkers.

I do have to admit I always try to park the closest parking space to the curb if it is open. People are so rude and will ding your door when they open theirs.

And I have also seen those who take up two parking spaces so their car will have less of a chance of being hit in the side.

I don't think they said if this was normal for him to park this way or not, unless I missed it.

I never use my side mirrors to back up in a parking lot but my hubby uses nothing but his side mirrors when parking and he can get it in there perfectly straight every time. I really think using side mirrors only is mostly a guy thing. Just guessing. lol

My husband is extremely stoic. Unlike me. As a physician, he knows bad things happen and he often has to deliver bad, heart breaking news to patients. I asked him, given his aptitude for not showing emotion, how he would react if he had left one of our children in a hot car.

He said that he would never have been able to live with himself and the devastation would have been so great, he too, like Linda7NJ's husband, would have never even asked for bond. He said that no matter what the State could do to him, it would be less punishment than what he deserved.

I have been married for 27 years. I have never heard my husband say anything close to this. Ever. He saw bits and pieces about this case on the TVs in his office. He had no words for RH....

Did he sext often or every day from work? If so, I could see a defense using this in trying to say there is no connection.

I can see it now, first case ever where defendant admits evidence of sexting 14 year olds as a defense against capital murder charges.

I just got home from work and there is no way I will be able to catch up. I tried to keep up with the other thread today but couldn't.

My punishment thought is RH being secured in his own car on the hottest day of the year...and if more info comes out that results in another arrest and trial....put his wife in there too sitting right next to him. Let them endure the same death they condemned their precious child to suffer thru alone.

I think I understand why he said that. My niece is a registered dietician. And she 'works' from home, essentially. That is here her 'office' is and where she makes phonecalls and communications and has some meetings. But her clients include people in hospitals and corporations and she has regular visits at various places.

So she may have gone to visit a client for work at 7:30, although her office is at home.

I didn't hear him say she worked from home.

All I heard them say is she left for work around 7:15 that morning and went to pick Cooper up around 4:15 or 4:30 iirc. It sounded like she works from 8 to 4 somewhere.
