After three days of searching for Tara Grinstead's remains on a Ben Hill County pecan farm, it appears investigators are no longer on the site.

Well now we can talk about him openly. I'm not shocked at this arrest but am curious as to what really happened as far as WHO actually killed Tara and of course why. I have heard rumors that RD isn't talking and hasn't said a word and then other rumors that he confessed (I personally don't think he confessed but rumors are rumors so take them with a grain of salt)

Now the jail records we obtained do not connect him to the Tara Grinstead case, but an obituary we found online show that he (Bo Dukes) is a nephew of pecan grove owner Randy Hudson. (the grove where LE has been searching for Tara's remains).

Also, I know it's petty of me but can the media PLEASE stop referring to Connie as Tara's mother? I know it's most likely not a huge deal but it bothers me every time they get it wrong. *shrug*

The article is somewhat confusing as it gives a history of the case but intermixes information about Ryan Duke (arrested for murder) and Bo Dukes (arrested for accessory related crimes). For example, under RD's mug shot, the article has facts about BD's criminal record.

Anyway, it seems the rumor of more than one person being involved in the crime is true.

After all the suffering the disappearance of Tara caused her family, the false suspects, and the community, he gets a cheap get out of jail card? Doesn't seem fair since BD's sat on this knowledge for all this time.

Isn't the property Hudson? Owned by an uncle of BD's.
No evidence the uncle had/has any knowledge of the use of his property to conceal Tara's remains.

Plus, I'm curious, was she burned (elsewhere?) and then her ashes were moved?
A long burning fire would be noticeable of course to anyone around at the time.
Maybe only remnants of bones? Not sure about forensics on eleven plus year old ashes.

If you Google "dukes us army procurement fraud Robey," you can scroll down to the bottom of the Army announcement--there's a phone number to contact the original prosecutors. They might not know about this new arrest bc of the different authorities involved.

I bet they don't either. I know first hand (remember my sister and her husband? He's been arrested in and around BEN HILL CO 4 times since July and posted bond all but the last time) small towns don't always know what other small towns are doing. Wouldn't his previous arrest be in the system though?
