Woman missing in Dunwoody after jumping out of a car

Dunwoody Police are asking for public help to locate a woman who has been missing since June.

Tara Lecky, 44, was last seen on June 15 while her family was driving her to a facility for medical treatment. Dunwoody Police said the car stopped at the intersection of N. Peachtree Road near Cotillion Drive, and Lecky jumped out of the car and fled to a wooded area.

All local hospitals, friends, attorneys and known associates have been contacted, but no one has seen or heard from her.

Another photo of Tara. Several Atlanta news sources re-ran Tara's story in November, but no new information added. If she bailed from the car because she couldn't yet face treatment, I wonder if she later changed her mind & admitted herself to treatment *somewhere* but hasn't been located due to HIPAA ...

I wonder what type of medical treatment this was? Maybe would show some insight on how she was feeling. Its been a terribly long time, I hope she will be found healthy soon.

Tara must have come back to the highway and is far far away at this time courtesy of catching a ride with a random truck driver. Perhaps not even "Tara" anymore. I hope this is the scenario and that she is living a satisfying life. It is tragic to think she might still be in the woods.

I cannot located a NamUs or Charlie Project case file for this MP. I searched these names: Tara Lecky, Tara Faye Lecky, Fay Lecky, Tara Johnson & Tara Hasfal & Faye Hasfal.
Did I search wrong? How long does it take to enter a person in their systems? The family should reach out to LE & those sites shouldn't they?

At some point, there was a fire in the home, causing it to be condemned, but reportedly Lecky continued to live in the garage of the unrepaired house without power or electricity..

She was subsequently arrested for probation violation and failure-to-appear charges several times in the fall of 2020. In addition, several news stations reported in November 2018 that Lecky, who is also known as Tara Faye Johnson, had been missing for more than four months after jumping out of a car.."

I noted that where she jumped out in 2018 is 1 mile from Peachford Hospital, a mental health facility.
