Georgia Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge Bahan Rich says this case requires special testing because of the decomposition of the body. He says the tests involve obtaining DNA from Toni Rayburn's family members in an attempt to compare DNA with the body. Rayburn was last seen on November 26.
