Tiesa's mother mother reported her missing March 14 after three months of without contact, according to a Wednesday news release from the sheriff’s office.

Barlow has some mental disabilities, the release said, and she frequents the downtown area.

Barlow’s mother suspects she may have gone to Savannah, but told police Barlow has never gone this long without contacting her.
