Recovered/Located GA - Tiffany Davis, 27, seen @ 6 AM near home, Canton, 15 Feb 2022

The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office is searching for a 27-year-old woman who has been missing for six days.

Investigators said Tiffany Davis was last seen at around 6 a.m. on Feb. 15 near her home on Fields Chapel Road.

Investigators don't know what she was wearing at the time or if she might have left on foot or in a car.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 770-928-0239 or call 911.

Authorities believe Davis to be driving a blue Hyundai Touring with a tag of TAS3729 possibly in the Roswell or Alpharetta area.

Fields Chapel Road is in close proximity to Allatoona Lake.

There have been quite a few drownings in this lake.

Several people drown in Lake Allatoona every year, according to recent statistics from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and reported by The Forsyth County News. Between 2015 and 2018, Lake Allatoona tallied only 16 lake-related deaths, most of them drownings. One of the lake's most recent drownings was in September 2020, when a 34-year-old Armuchee man drowned while swimming in Flamingo Cove.

Hopefully she is found safe and is not in the lake. MOO

We don't know anything about her background, relationship status, family situation, etc. Does she have children? Any recent MH, substance abuse, or known domestic violence issues? Also, has Tiffany previously been known to disappear or drop out of sight?

Yea. I find it strange that there was very little put out there. Who was the last to see her? Who reported her missing? Does she have a job? What was she doing or where would she be headed at 6AM? Does she have a history of mental health issues? The absolute bare minimum was provided. That's insane to me.

Yes, I agree it's unfortunate, but not unusual that so little information has been released.

My first thought was if she was last seen around 6:00AM then Tiffany may have been headed to work, but we don't know if she was employed so I didn't mention it in my first posting. If we knew what she was wearing at that time, possibly a work uniform of some sort, that might be something to investigate.

Good point @JurassicParker we don't know who reported her missing, or who was the last person to see her. It would make sense that a family member, neighbor, or possibly a roommate would have seen Tiffany around that time near her home.

Interesting to note that the original MSM link indicates Tiffany was last seen near her home on Fields Chapel Road, and it was unknown whether was last seen on foot or in a vehicle: Missing Cherokee County woman last seen near home 6 days ago

However, the other MSM link indicates Tiffany may have been sightged driving a blue Hyundai in either in Roswell or Alpharetta, roughly 20 miles from her home: Have you seen her? Deputies searching for missing Canton woman

So we have two very different circumstances on where Tiffany was last seen, and apparently no verified information on either one.

If she was driving this blue Hyundai, do we know where this vehicle is now? Was this Tiffany's vehicle, or did it belong to someone else? Since the license plate is known to LE, they will have this information.
