*Reporter: “When was the last time you’ve heard from her...and what was that about?

*Robertson:when she left from home (pause) she left me and her daughter at home...”

*When the word “left” is used as a connecting verb, to connect one place to another - it’s commonly considered sensitive to the speaker/writer and indicates missing information. There are two “lefts” close together in this same sentence. I say he’s in big big trouble with this statement. Yes, big trouble...

*Bringing the timeline forward again to keep bumping.

Robertson said Foster left their home at the Creekside at White Oak in Newnan to run errands He said he doesn’t know what happened after that.

"I’ve had so many scenarios. Just don’t know. I’m still trying to figure it out," Robertson said during that press conference last month.
Coweta County man arrested for stealing missing fiancée's car

On Wednesday, authorities in Coweta County arrested and charged Tiffany Foster’s fiancé, Reginald Robertson, with kidnapping and aggravated assault. The Coweta County Sheriff’s Office said the charges stem from an incident shortly before Foster vanished.

"I would never want to accuse someone of something that they did not do but my feeling says he knows," Bryan said.

In late March, Robertson pleaded with the public to come forward with any informationthat might lead to the whereabouts of his fiancée. Looking back, Bryan said the plea didn’t “sit well” with her.

“When he was speaking, I’m very big on energy and, I just did not get a sincere energy from him,” she said. “I did not feel like he was a person speaking of someone he lost and was really deeply sadden by the situation. It’s didn’t move me.”
"My feeling says he knows:" Family of missing Newnan mom grow suspicious of fiancé after arrest

Robertson was later arrested for moving Foster’s car. He was arrested a second time for kidnapping and aggravated assault in a crime that took place before Foster’s disappearance. Coweta County Investigator Toby Nix said, “we don’t know at this time,” when asked if the incident Robertson was arrested for involved Foster.

*Timeline:
March 1
According to investigators, this is the last time anyone saw or heard from Foster. She left her apartment off Lakeside Way to go shopping. A text from Foster to her mother was the last known communication from her phone. She has not had contact with family, friends, or posted to social media since this day. Her fiancé’, Reginald Robertson was home with her three children and said he was concerned when she didn’t return home at 10 p.m.
March 2
Foster did not show up for class at Georgia Military College, where is studies criminal justice. She is officially reported missing to the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office.
March 5
Foster did not report to work.
March 8
Her car, a gray 2020 Nissan Altima, is discovered in College Park. “Personal property” was found.
Her debit card, purse, keys to her residence," Investigator Scott Kilgore said.
March 11
Foster misses a prepaid flight to Texas.
March 23
Coweta County Sheriff investigators, along with Foster's sister, and her fiancé speak at a news conference. Foster’s sister, Kimberly Bryan, said “she is a kind and loving person. Beautiful inside and out. She’s my best friend. This has devastated our family.”

Bryan added she talked to her sister on a weekly basis and said Foster’s children should not have to worry about their mother and what condition she’s in.

“To have to look my niece and nephews in the face, and I don’t know what to tell them.”

“It’s just unusual, she would never go without talking to those kids. Even me, she would not go without talking to me," he said.

A month later, Nix said investigators had no plans to arrest Robertson for any crimes during the press conference.
April 8
Robertson is arrested and charged with theft after investigators said he moved Foster’s cars from Newnan to College Park days after she was reported missing. Coweta County Sheriff Lenn Wood said at the time, the charges were not directly related to Foster’s disappearance.

Wood further stated Robertson was not a suspect in her disappearance at the time. Investigators have not said why Robertson would have moved the car.
April 21
Robertson is charged with kidnapping and aggravated assault. The crime he’s accused of committing took place prior to Foster’s disappearance. He is being held without bond.
April 22
Investigators confirm Robertson has not been charged in connection to Foster’s disappearance and are still treating the case as an active missing person.
Timeline | Coweta County mom missing for nearly 8 weeks
So many questions come to mind. How did she travel to run errands if her car was at home (basing this on RR arrest for moving it from Newnan to CP after she was reported missing)? Newnan has a lot of shopping, but you do need to travel at least a mile in any direction from Creekside to get to any shopping plazas. Uber doesn’t seem logical given she had a car at home.

RR wasn’t in contact with her at all on Monday after she left that morning? Seems a little suspect. RR isn’t motivated to at least try to text her when she isn’t home by 10:00pm?

She wasn’t reported missing until after she didn’t show up for classes the following day? I know, I know...48 hrs minimum before police will get involved, but still.

So many things not adding up, likely because police are only releasing snippets of info, but I have to question if she was actually alive the morning she allegedly went shopping.

Based on his short statement and forced attempt at a couple of sniffles - imo she was either injured or killed at home on March 1 or possibly April 30. I’m not sure the texts to her mother were actually typed from Tiffany. I really don’t like to be so pessimistic. It’s a learned behavior for WS members. For me anyway. I used to hold out hope even past the point of rationality. I’d love to be wrong. I hope I am. Her kids, I feel... idk, it’s gonna be so hard for them to understand.

I couldn’t agree more. His behavior seemed forced. And like you, I expect the worst, but still hope for a good outcome. I agree that the text to her mom likely came from someone else, maybe the fiancé. I know that about two months ago we were woken up in the middle of the night with very loud fighting and what sounded like gunshots. Just cannot remember the exact date, and in no way want to imply it has anything to do with TS. Just weird that this fighting was loud enough to wake us, and given the close proximity of our building to where she lives, it makes me wonder. But, we hear a lot of fighting here, and the occasional gun shots, or what sounds like gun shots.

"My feeling says he knows:" Family of missing Newnan mom grow suspicious of fiancé after arrest

The family of a Newnan mom missing for nearly two months believes her fiancé might have something to do with her disappearance.

On Wednesday, authorities in Coweta County arrested and charged Tiffany Foster’s fiancé, Reginald Robertson, with kidnapping and aggravated assault. The Coweta County Sheriff’s Office said the charges stem from an incident shortly before Foster vanished.

Bryan told CBS46 she believes Robertson may have been involved with her sister’s disappearance.

Bryan said her sister and Robertson met two years ago and only recently got in engaged. However, she added that there were red flags, hinting that Robertson may have been controlling.

Despite the time that has gone by, Bryan believes her sister is still alive. Her prayer is that Robertson will cooperate with authorities.

Thanks for the video of the LE presser.
What a strange conference.

A somewhat laid back demeanor for a person missing their fiancee' and the mother of his children.
Hoping for good news and she just needed time away, but leaving her children is very rare for any mother.
Imo.

Coweta County Sheriff’s Department came around Creekside Apts today handing out missing posters and asking if anyone has seen or heard from her. So very sad that it has taken this long for LE to start investigating

Well if the reward only pays out if she’s found safe, sadly, I think it’s highly unlikely that anyone collects on it. MOO

I don’t understand this condition by the Sheriff’s Department, if anyone knows that she has been harmed the reward is no incentive to talk.

IMO that's the wrong way to go about it. The goal should be bring Tiffany home, whether it's dead or alive, and giving the family closure if at all possible.

Family of missing woman offers reward, accuses fiancé of not reporting her missing

The mother of three has not been seen since she left her apartment on March 1 to run errands. The man who admits he last saw her is now a person of interest in her disappearance, according to Coweta County investigators. They have charged fiancé Reginald Robertson with stealing her car, which was found after her disappearance in College Park. Investigators have also charged him with kidnapping and aggravated assault for a November 2020 incident, three months before she disappeared.

Foster’s family accuses Robertson of not reporting her missing and doing nothing to help find her.

"If you love and care for this person, you would be doing every and anything to bring them home and you’re not," Bryan said. "Why is that?"

Investigators say Robertson has denied any knowledge of Foster's disappearance and is no longer cooperating with them. The family is now offering a $10,000 reward for information in the case.

Robertson is being held in the Coweta County Jail. He is due in court this Friday on the kidnapping and aggravated assault charges for that 2020 incident.

Robertson had a court appearance scheduled for last Friday (June 4); I haven’t come across any details about it. Another WS member may have better luck.

Tiffany Foster missing for four months | 11alive.com

July 2021
Kimberly Bryan, Tiffany’s younger sister speaks out concerning her sister’s disappearance.

"It's not real. It just doesn't seem real," Bryan said, staring briefly into thin air, almost willing her sister to appear.

Tiffany Foster was reported missing on March 1; she hasn't been seen since.

Her three children, a 17-year-old son, a 15-year-old daughter, and an 11-year-old son, have been staying with different family members.

Bryan said they're all understandably, having a difficult time.

Bryan told 11Alive, Foster texted her daughter, asking if she needed anything from the store. Her daughter didn't see the message until later.

"To hear a 15-year-old say, 'she wouldn't be missing if I just replied to her text message.' It's a lot," she said.

It was Foster's daughter who alerted her grandmother that Foster didn't return home that night. The family contacted police.

On March 8, Foster's car was found with her debit card, purse, & keys to her home inside.

March 23, Bryan, other family and Robertson, Foster's fiancé, appeared at a news conference, begging for information about the mom's disappearance. Robertson said he hadn't talked to Foster since she left home on March 1st.

Bryan said something felt off.

Robertson was later arrested and charged with theft after investigators said he moved Foster's car from Newnan to College Park days after she went missing.

Bryan said Robertson isn't cooperating with police and believes wherever the car was originally located could have ties to her disappearance.

“And I feel like that’s why it was moved," Bryan said.

Until I get that evidence, in my mind, she’s alive," she said.
