Garden City Police are asking for help to locate Timothy Ray Dover, 41. He was last seen on (Tuesday, Sept. 27), at 9 a.m. wearing a black shirt and red shoes.

Police say he went missing from the Salt Creek Road area in Garden City.

If anyone knows his whereabouts, please contact 911.
