I guess we can be bolstered by the fact that LE must have more information that we do.

It came from this:

A source indicated they had heard through secondhand information that a quarrel of some type led to the male acquaintance staying in an upstairs bedroom and Prince going downstairs.

It has never been revealed who this source is or indeed who the second hand information came from.

I was going to guess a nosy and gossipy neighbor.

“It was at a residence on Ga. Highway 24 East, just outside Sandersville,”

Asked if the two might have had a quarrel last Friday night and that Prince left the two-story residence where the male acquaintance lived, the sheriff indicated he and investigators had heard nothing about such having taken place.

McGraw described the house as an old white cinderblock dwelling with three bedrooms. It was built probably in the early 1900s.

Deputies and investigators joined firefighters/first responders and others in a search of a small pond on Monday, which was observed as Memorial Day. The pond is located just off Georgia Route 24 West, a short distance from the city limits of Tennille.

Is that a wooden house though, not a cinderblock one?

To complicate matters, many cinderblock houses have partial or complete vinyl or wooden siding. Though the description sure sounds like the cinderblock is the most visible thing about it.

Thanks for finding that. It says "probably built in the early 1900s." The cute house we're looking at is older, having been built in the 1850s....but perhaps the reporter isn't well-versed at dating houses.

Or maybe a reporter pulled that description from somewhere. Hard to tell.

Right! That's why I personally would've called it a wooden house. 95% of what I can see is wood.

Beautiful southern style home. Quite big. I love the wide front porch. Very modern and elegant inside too.
But it's empty

Yeah. I grew up in a cinderblock house and that house is far nicer than what that term usually means :p

I'm getting a Kelsey Berreth vibe. Hope I'm wrong. MOO

But it's empty
Even better to take a woman if you plan to do something nasty to her....you know it's empty, no-one else is there. No-one knows you're there....

True but this house is right across the street from a shell station so she could've run out screaming for help. The other house by the lake is isolated with nowhere to run for help close by. MOO

The sheriff in an earlier update said that the unidentified man lived in the house, so it wasn't empty. Referring again to Knox's post.

SANDERSVILLE, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Friends and family members continue to hold out hope for the safe return of missing teacher Tina Prince, a week after she vanished.

On Friday, Washington County Sheriff Joel Cochran said he would make an afternoon announcement on the case.

Meanwhile, a Georgia Department of Natural Resources spokesman said the agency “not been requested” to search other bodies of water, a day after spending much of Thursday using high-tech equipment and boats to search a small pond near Highway 24.

Prince was nowhere to be found at that pond.

“What happened that night, you know? I’m trying to put the pieces together,” Priscilla Puebla said Thursday. ”What exactly happened? Because it’s not like her to just vanish.”

Puebla is Prince’s cousin. She’s also the manager at Puebla’s Mexican restaurant, the last place Prince’s family saw her. She went outside to take a phone call, and they haven’t heard from her since then.

“We don’t know exactly what’s going on. We don’t know if somebody did something,” Puebla said.

Deputies say they did receive some more information Thursday and investigators are going through it. They are also going back to see if there are any clues and leads they might have missed.
