Okay, here I go again. Just curious....does anyone else think it is odd that TH's estranged husband is selling a bunch of furnishings (dining set, washer/dryer set, tables, tv, etc. among other things)? On offerupnow, he says he is moving and can't take them with him. Didn't he just take the boys out of the school TH had them in to move them into his district? Of course, no telling if these are his or TH's belongings. But IMO, doesn't look too reassuring if indeed they belong to his missing wife. Just speculating, of course.

Argh, it's so hard to say. On the one hand, they had marital problems before she disappeared so he may have sold things regardless. On the other hand this does seem like he is planning to move. I still think she crashed her car and walked away and got lost somewhere. I still don't suspect any foul play at this point, even if his actions are a little jerk-like and her actions before going missing don't make sense (fb posts, getting lost so long, etc).

A few posts it was mentioned thst the guy she was going to see moved to Hilton Head. I asked for a link because that seemed odd her going to see a guy moving or the guy moving right after her accident. I never saw a link and he appears to still be in the same area from his profile.

Maybe the person who commented was confused and it's her estranged husband that is moving? I have no idea, just thinking aloud...

You're right, there hasn't been anything released that confirmed foul play and I really don't mean to imply her estranged husband was guilty of anything. IMO, it just seems like a lot of change for the kids and for TH when she returns. Maybe I'm still hung up on the inappropriate comments he made about her and the flip-flopping on what their relationship really was. She's obviously close with her family (dad, sis, kids) and I can't imagine her not contacting them if she were able. A head injury or amnesia is certainly possible, but I would think that would be addressed if she had made contact with anyone following the accident.

I think she is still on Blood Mountain and her remains were missed. There is a case of a PA woman, Lindsey Piccone, Missing for almost 2 months and her car had been found in a park. They searched the park multiple times for weeks and today someone mowing tall grass found remains they believe to be her. It was an area already searched. There is a pretty lively conversation going on over there about how often searchers miss a body: http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sh...indsey-Piccone-21-Tyler-State-Park-6-Sept2016

I was reading up on Lindsey earlier today. Prayers for this beautiful girl's family and friends. That park is huge and short of canvasing it hand to hand, I don't see how it could be thoroughly searched in that short a time. The same with Blood Mountain, the area is so vast, I'm still amazed that TH's dad was able to locate her vehicle. I can only imagine how tall the brush must be this time of year. We had a 2 yr. old locally that wandered off last year and was found 2 days later, a half a mile away from her home in a field of tall brush. Fortunately, the rescuer spotted her purple clothing from the four-wheeler he was on. She was alive and it was nothing short of a miracle. We sure could use another one here for TH.

While reading the comments on the Help Find Tosha Herron facebook page, it appears that 1) her phone was found at the crash, and 2) the personal belongings found " some distance" from the crash were "items from her car".

Someone on the FB page specifically asked if her purse was found. There was no answer given to this. So if the phone was found with the car, which items from the car were found away from the crash? What did she take with her when she walked away?

I know that in a crash, especially one that serious, items inside a car go flying around, so she may not have been able to find her phone in the car in the dark. And if the car's battery got knocked loose in the impact she wouldn't have even had any lighting at all. I'm just curious which items were missing from the car and which items were found away from the scene.

Also I have a theory about the FB posts in the early morning hours: I have an older phone and whenever I get up to about a thousand pics on it my phone starts to bog down and gets really slow so I dump them onto my laptop and clear my camera roll. Whenever I do this I always regret that I don't have some of my favorite ones around in case I need them. So maybe she was clearing out the pics on her phone and put a bunch on FB so she could still access them from her phone if needed? If she was just choosing them randomly instead of being systematic about it then that would explain the duplicates.

I mean, how large are the woods near where she crashed?

It's a wooded mountain area. The car was down a ravine. Very difficult to search, IMO.

I've never been to Blood Mountain, where they found her car, but I have been to other parts of the Blue Ridge mountains and I imagine it is similar. I looked for some pictures and found some of hiking trails on Blood Mountain (these may or may not be anywhere near her car, just giving them for an example of what the terrain could be like):

And keep in mind, these are pictures of the TRAIL. Tosha's car probably was not near a trail so searchers are dealing with trying to navigate rocky, wooded, terrain on a mountain where searching is not only difficult, it's dangerous. I doubt very much they actually "cleared" the mountain. They probably did a visual search and if she was under a log, behind a rock or down a little ditch they would not see her. Plus since Oct 6, the leaves have probably dropped covering up a lot of evidence.

I wasn't sure exactly what kudzu is so I looked it up. Here is a pic from wikipedia of kudzu in Georgia:

Yeah, that would hide quite a bit if it's in the areas off trails.

It was reported early on by her family that they were concerned because she didn't call her children to say goodnight. If the kids were with the husband, how would the family know this? Not important, but it just seemed odd.

Her husband could have told family that? Although estranged, he is technically family also.

It is a crazy evasive vine. I was taking some photo's yesterday at my son's apt.

It appears as though you could walk through it and dissapear with no sign that you had even walked through.
