I just read about this case, and it made me think of a recent one involving twin women in Scotland (the Husztli sisters, Eliza and Henrietta - there is a series of threads about them in the Missing Persons forum). There were quite a few posts in those threads about situations where twins committed suicide together, and how the twin bond can manifest as a common emotion that overrides individual self-preservation.If it were to be a murder suicide then the gun should've been found near the dead body though, and as someone said, if they're twins then one wouldn't let another fall so much into despair that they eventually had to commit suicide, doesn't seem like a murder suicide case
It's still too early for us to know what happened to the Lewis brothers. But **if** it turns out to be "murder/suicide," I'd be more inclined after following the Husztli case to think that it was instead "assisted suicide/suicide."
I'm so sad for two bright young lives cut short. I hope LE is able to bring clarity ASAP. Their family and friends must be suffering acutely right now.
