On August 10, 1985, between 10:00 and 12:00 Noon, Virginia Lee apparently walked away from her residence in Midway, Georgia and has not been seen or heard from since.
A search of the area, with dogs, failed to provide any clues. Mrs. Lee's grandchildren were the last people known to have seen her.

I think it may be that she had some degree of senile dementia or even some mental disability... if the grandchildren are small, their testimonies are of little help, unfortunately with the time that has passed, I don't think we know what happened to Virginia...
