Officials search for missing Hall County woman

Wanda McDougald was last seen on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 leaving her residence in a light green Ford Winstar. McDougald’s vehicle was located at Dollar General in Murrayville on Thursday evening.

Family: Missing woman last seen leaving to pick up son from school

John Whitfield is believed to be with her.

Family said he was also at the same store where McDougald's vehicle was found. They said, before she went missing, she said she was going to pick up her son from school.

Missing Hall County woman found dead

The discovery came hours after Hall County deputies arrested John Harol Whitfield, 52, on Saturday. Deputies say Whitfield and McDougald had previously been in a relationship.
