Gas gouging

I went to the station this evening and they were out. All they had was diesel, and it was $8.72 a gallon. Thankfully I don't use diesel, but I left without gas.

Holy crow! Where do you live? Your governor needs to get involved. It was still $3.89 here yesterday, and then I saw them changing it to $4.09 last night.

I mean, it's high, but not $8 high!!! That's lunacy.

Feeling grateful. . .$3.49 here--no gouging. I filled up on Friday just in case, but I guess I didn't need to. . . .

Poop. I spoke too soon. Last night it was $3.49; this morning it was $3.69.
