ITA that it certainly seems to me to have proven detrimental in this case TO NOT HAVE RELEASED MORE INFO TO THE PUBLIC!! You would think that common sense would tell these lead investigators that obviously there tactics thus far taken have not worked/failed to produce anything that leads to Haleigh's whereabouts nor any proof of what even occurred to Haleigh..I mean isn't the very definition of
crazy to continue to do the exact same thing over and over repeatedly with the expectation of a different outcome??... Because those in charge definitely have 2+yrs worth of their repeating the exact same tactics all with the exact same outcome{i.e. continuing to interrogate..threaten with stiff sentences[and God knows what else]..and repeat time after time the same questions and pleas to the same people..all with the exact same outcome}..equaling getting absolutely nowhere with Haleigh's investigation..
So..WHY..WHY..WHY??? DO WE HAVE THIS LE CONTINUING TO REPEAT THE SAME TACTICS WHEN 2+YRS OF HISTORY HAS CLEARLY PROVEN THIS TACTIC TO BE A COMPLETE AND UTTER FAILURE!!!!!..AArrghhh!!! and AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHhhhhhhhhh!!!!
Just makes you wanna scream with frustration!!
And then about the lack of info/docs that have been released and available for us to view and have absolute knowledge of things that thus far we are not able to discern as fact vs. fiction..Is there a particular investigative reporter..local..that has stayed consistent in reporting on Haleigh's investigation and seems to have atleast a decent head on their shoulders{lol..certainly don't want to set my expectations to high..as with the way this case goes that'd be doomed for certain let down/disappointment}..My reason for asking is there a certain reporter such as what I described is because they would most likely know what all had been requested thru the FOIA in the 2+ years of Haleigh's case..as well as know what all had been already denied access to by the agencies that are being requested of the info...If there is no one such as a competent and consistent investigative reporter that has kept with Haleigh's case then if I were a betting woman I'd be willing to bet that these docs of which we speak[affidavits..search warrants..etc]HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN REQUESTED FOR RELEASE TO US THE PUBLIC THRU THE FOIA...
This would atleast get us to where we could know for certain what HAS and what HAS NOT been requested..released..and/or denied in all things Re:Haleigh Cummings..at which point we could do one of two things.. One if someone knows of a decent investigative reporter that they think would be interested in such docs of Haleigh's case we could flood this reporters email/contacts with requests{more like demands at this point..lol}for their to follow thru with requesting these docs from their proper agencies..or two we could go the route of one or several of us working together to go about the proper steps in requesting this specific info/docs that we are speaking of..Because thru the FOIA any/all citizens have the right to go thru these proper steps of requesting such info in a case..
Thje reason I list the reporter as the first avenue is that it seems as tho news entities have more success in receiving the release of the docs and in a much more timely fashion than as one of us as a private citizen...Just a few thoughts if anyone is interested in checking to see if we could somehow get some of the info in this case released..or atleast request its release..KWIM???
Because all I do know for certain at this point is that we are beating our heads on brick walls and definitely at an all time limit on frustrations in all things surrounding this case..
