And another thing (lol)... Interesting how so many excuse Ronald's "conduct" during the 911 call claiming that he was simply not thinking/out of his head/distraught over HaLeigh' being missing and yet he's got the where-with-all to think of/mention that he doesn't care if they get his murderous threats on tape - Yeah right, geez-louis, give me a break!

I cant figure out why anyone is making excuses for him. I mean he did not play fair to get custody, he did it to make Crystal suffer, he did it so he was not the one owing child support, because he would, we all know he did not take care of the child that he had with Amber Brooks. For some reason his supporters want to sweep the child with Amber under the rug, even though Ron acknowledges the child and Misty pretty much knows its his, I have never understood why anyone wants to whitewash his character when a child lost her life on his watch. Ronald Cummings is a very, very bad guy, and he is now in prison. It boggles my mind how we all hear things.

This has always been a red flag to me. How many people who dial 911 ever think about being taped? I mean we all know 911 is recorded, but when I called to report a car accident, the last thing on my mind was "I am being recorded".

Then he goes on to say he doesn't care if he goes to prison, he is killing whoever took her. Who thinks of prison at a time when you allegedly just find out your child is missing from her home? I also wonder how many people who do kill actually think of the consequences of their actions before doing it.

His words on the 911 are precise and enunciated. Yet when LE gets there he is unable to talk? Sorry, but the entire 911 call sounds like an act to me. (jmo)

Yeah, because what he cares about matters at this time. He is delusional. He probably rehearsed what he was going to say for hours before hand. I just keep thinking how can a man who is so desperate for the truth, go on the Maury Povich show, and allow that terrible reenactment that was done? The quest is supposed to be for the truth, not a free trip to NY. He is guilty, and when its revealed the extents and lengths he went to, to try to cover this up.... hes going to be one of the most hated men ever. The LE letting Ron feel comfy secured them enough footage to secure the DP for Ronald, and to think some say the LE have not enough here. They just need Misty to reach despair now, and I dont know if that will ever happen. I hope though.

IMO..And I highly suspect he had up to 9 to 10 hours to do just that..IF not more..I also supsect he had a little HELP from his momma...JMHO

I'd like to figure out why the "staging" had to place Jr. as sleeping in the master bedroom/bed with Misty with a crib mattress beside the bed on the floor for HaLeigh...From all the pics I've seen of HaLeigh's actual bedroom, there was no mattress on her bed. IIRC TN claimed that the mattress on the master bedroom floor was the mattress from HaLeigh's bedroom/bed BUT we were not privy to seeing Jr's bedroom to know whether or not he even had a bed or crib in his actual bedroom - or whether there was a mattress, so for all we know that mattress on the master bedroom floor could very well have been Jr's and HaLeigh's actual mattress may have been disposed of long before LE arrived on the scene. If I were LE, that would be a HUGE red flag (missing beds/mattresses...). I suspect that was the only child-size mattress found in the home - JMO ~

ETA: I'd like to know if HaLeigh's bedroom was "unusally" clean compared to the rest of the home when LE arrived...??

Well, Le has all that. We dont. Wish we did. We could go on a lot more. Something is not right in Satsuma County.

LE has all that...plus so much more. Phone records? LDT's? Records concerning the other 911 call that night? Where all the other players originally said they were? When Ron really was at work? The video from the store? Who was really with GMA when she came over? Who the AC man is, his relationship to family, and what he really said? What Jr. reallys said?

Really makes one ask that old question: why hasn't someone been arrested!?! Maybe there's no physical evidence (then again, there may be, we just don't know it). But looks to me there is enough circumstantial evidence to lean a little of somebody. Then again, what do I know? JMO

Here's the version with the cuss words in it and the part where the dispatcher calls back after she is hung up on is all there, 4 rings before Ron answers.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPcQwiGHd9w

Here is a version that doesn't have as much static in it and you can hear Ron call Haleigh's name at the very beginning. Click on the media tab.

http://www.amw.com/missing_children/brief.cfm?id=63252

On this version of the 911 call, when click on media tab, does anyone hear misty say something about "I just finished cleaning" around the 28 sec mark? That is too much information, she was over explaining, especially since she had just started talking to dispatch, and no one asked her about that ???

Seriously, who hangs up on 911? I mean just give the award for fakest drama in a 911 call to Ronald Cummings already. It makes me sick listening to NG and her saying, listen to how upset he is in this 911 call, and to me it sounds like someone on drugs. I mean hes just so upset and panicked he acts like a wild out of control animal? F her birthday? I think that was his response because he probably didn't know her exact birth date.

Also Chablis, what "strange person" hangs up on LE on a 911 call when they are reporting their missing child, not just once but 2 times, especially without even trying to give a good description of the child. He didn't even ask Misty what pajamas Haleigh had on, just curses; didn't even want to tell the birthday. Anyone in his situation would have been happy to give all the info he could come up with."F--- her birthday"???????? Give them the birthday--- gladly. Find out what pj's she had on!!!! NMS-

that actually makes a LOT of sense. ITA!!! I remember when the walk through video came out, i thought well, they show HaLeigh's room, and we don't see Jr's room. (one red flag) then we are to believe that someone put their behind in Misty's face while she was sleeping and scooped up HaLeigh (second red flag) off that mattress on the floor. IMO, if HaLeigh, being the oldest, still slept in a toddler bed, then i feel it is safe to assume JR, was either in a crib or in a toddler bed, requiring the same type/size mattress. So, i think you are right, when saying they HAD to put HaLeigh's mattress in the master bedroom and make it appear they are all sleeping in the same room, to account for that missing toddler mattress. (which no one will ever know is missing b/c it was never seen in the first place)

I just can't help but think that EVERYTHING we were given to believe is a lie. (i know there are a LOT of lies already, but i don't think there is very much truth is anything we have been told)

it is JMO, but i am going back to my original theory that something happened to HaLeigh prior to Monday. (and that those school records we have a copy of are false--think about it--- anything that might play a large roll in this case, we are left hanging on....witnesses from PDM, the A/C guy and any witnesses from HaLeigh's school) I am willing to bet that something happened to her over the weekend, but she had to be reported missing by Monday because of school and the trouble that Ron would get into if HaLeigh missed any more time. I think that GGS was mad at Misty for leaving Ron without a babysitter (another enabling moment, didn't Ron kick Misty out? Why should it be Misty's responsibility to watch the children of a guy who just kicked her to the curb? Once she parted ways with Ron, she was no longer entitled to watch his children-in her own mind, why would GGS think any differently? :waitasec:) GGS was forced to change her tune, once she was aware that Misty was on the band wagon.

this is my theory for today and JMO and all that jazz :)

was it ever said if all 4 of them in the same room was the normal sleeping routine? i don't remember but was Jr sleeping in bed with misty every night?

I don't recall it ever being said that they all always slept in the same room. But i am sure, that is what they like us all to believe. i can't recall it ever being mentioned that this was normal sleeping habbits for the three of them, BUT it is very possible that this is how Misty put them to sleep, and when Ron came home, maybe he would move the children to their rooms/beds. (my mom use to do this with us kids, when my dad worked the grave yard shift)

the whole purpose of Ron having to move was b/c DCF told him the children needed their own rooms. So, i am not sure what the point was for moving, other than trying to get DCF off his back and out of his life, if he was going to have the children sleeping in his room anyways, regardless.

JMO :)

yeah it is strange when u think about it.. i doubt they would take the time to move haleigh with her mattress every night when ron came home from work. so either, she had another mattress in another room (doubtful) or she spent the whole night in ron's room... or now that its been brought to my attention.. that was just part of the set up to cover up the missing mattress... RE: 1st Part BBM:
Exactly. That's the only way I can see that they could cover AND account for both kids being in the master bedroom + keeping the focus off of a missing crib-size mattress (HaLeigh's - IF there truly was only one child/crib-size mattress found in the home by LE). As unbelievable as the current story (script) is, it would have been "red-flags waving & alarms going off immediately" unbelievable if the story (script) had been that both HaLeigh & Jr. were sleeping in the same bed with Misty and Misty just happened to sleep right through someone coming into the bedroom and taking HaLeigh out of the master bedroom bed.
RE: 2nd Part BBM: As far as something having occurred on Monday to HaLeigh, I just don't see how that could be the case. Keep in mind that you don't just have the school's account, but you have other non-family witnesses who have claimed to see her at the bus stop that day. I just don't think all the non-family individuals' accounts could be mistaken. I'm still not convinced that HaLeigh's death did not occur in that MH and specifically in her bedroom. Although there are (and I have...) several likely scenerios, I lean more heavily (at this time anyhow) toward HaLeigh being confined to her room immediately, or shortly after she got home from school for punishment and her being "medicated", resulting in her death. JMO at the moment though... :great:

I'm somewhat confused as to WHY you do not believe something could have happened to Haleigh on Monday February 9th. Granted we have non family witnesses who claim to have seen her get off the bus but they have also claimed she got into a van with Misty and the van drove off in the opposite direction of the MH on Green Lane.. You may be on to something. Idk why i have'nt thought of the mattress situation like this. I have always thought Haleigh died near Magnolia St. but this scenario fits, for me, w/ ron not having a sitter. But now i have to wonder who found her? ggms when she got there to "drop off laundry" or did misty tell the cummings that she would head over there later in the evening and misty found her, made some calls and ggms arrived?? hmmm. And then i could say someone threw the mattress in the dumpster and thats why 3 dogs alerted. In my other theory I couldn't figure out why Haleigh's body made it there. I could'nt imagine any of them would've actually thought it a good idea to put a body there.
Something to think about.

the mattress in the dumpster definitely makes more sense than haleigh's body being in the dumpster..

does anyone recall JS from the bus stop? Wasn't it said that he did a tattoo for Ron? If so, could JS be the tattooist that did Ron in St. Pete? (the horrible, IMO, pic of HaLeigh on Ron's leg, and Jr on the other leg) just wondering outloud here :_)

The tattoo for RC was done at Aces and Eights in Pinellas Park, FL (a St Pete suburb).
