The tattoo for RC was done at Aces and Eights in Pinellas Park, FL (a St Pete suburb).

Do we know the name of the guy who did the tattoos? (i don't recall ever seeing a name, but could be wrong)

I am just wondering if maybe JS worked for this same tattoo shop. Far stretch but figured i would ask. TIA

does anyone recall JS from the bus stop? Wasn't it said that he did a tattoo for Ron? If so, could JS be the tattooist that did Ron in St. Pete? (the horrible, IMO, pic of HaLeigh on Ron's leg, and Jr on the other leg) just wondering outloud here :_)

I'd like to figure out why the "staging" had to place Jr. as sleeping in the master bedroom/bed with Misty with a crib mattress beside the bed on the floor for HaLeigh...From all the pics I've seen of HaLeigh's actual bedroom, there was no mattress on her bed. IIRC TN claimed that the mattress on the master bedroom floor was the mattress from HaLeigh's bedroom/bed BUT we were not privy to seeing Jr's bedroom to know whether or not he even had a bed or crib in his actual bedroom - or whether there was a mattress, so for all we know that mattress on the master bedroom floor could very well have been Jr's and HaLeigh's actual mattress may have been disposed of long before LE arrived on the scene. If I were LE, that would be a HUGE red flag (missing beds/mattresses...). I suspect that was the only child-size mattress found in the home - JMO ~

ETA: I'd like to know if HaLeigh's bedroom was "unusally" clean compared to the rest of the home when LE arrived...??

Excellent point there. We have not been given the honor of seeing what's behind the third bedroom door, you know, the room that was suppose to have been Jr.'s room. I absolutely refuse to believe that a young, apparently very sexually active couple who have not been together for very long, I might add, would let an almost four year old child sleep in their bed with them. We have not seen anywhere else Jr. may have slept, unless it was on the mattress on the floor. And if that was so, then where did Haleigh sleep? This seemingly very simple question is still so difficult that no one can answer it. :banghead: Or maybe LE took Ron and Misty's word for the sleeping arrangements in that MH. Why????????????? :maddening:

i am not too sure, but i think about an hour or so. I haven't heard that JS worked there either, i was just thinking...(seeing if i can poke holes in any of the bus stop witnesses). I chose JS only b/c he had done a tattoo on Ron before, and thought..maybe?????? I figured it was worth looking into

BBM I distinctly recall hearing Matt Saffer state Haleigh and Jr. shared the same room.

That was a toddler bed mattress that was on the floor in the Master bedroom and I have a hard time visualizing both Haleigh and Jr. sleeping on that little mattress. I've posted my thoughts early on that I suspected that Jr.'s room was being used to grow pot plants and not for one of the children to inhabit. I've always suspected that the pot plants found at the Mondex pond were hurriedly put there that night to "clean" up the MH so that the 911 call could be made. :crazy:

Well, that just ruled out that for me Thanks crash! One less theory in my book...lol.

I really don't think there is a connection between JS and the tattoo place that Ron went to after HaLeigh disappeared. I don't think that JS would travel 3 hours one way to work. (although it isn't unheard of---but doubtful)

If there weren't mattresses for all beds, LE probably asked about that and RC probably said there never were mattresses for both kids beds. And then TN and/or AS came along and confirmed that...and LE accepted it as gospel.

I'm somewhat confused as to WHY you do not believe something could have happened to Haleigh on Monday February 9th. Granted we have non family witnesses who claim to have seen her get off the bus but they have also claimed she got into a van with Misty and the van drove off in the opposite direction of the MH on Green Lane.. JMHO

I just simply find it hard (although not impossible :waitasec: esp. in this case...) to believe that that number of people; bus driver, teacher(s), school aide(s), principle/assistant principle, neighbors, classmates, and other children, all, I would think LE talked to, would all somehow mistakenly agree on seeing HaLeigh that day. That, out of everything else in this case, seems easy enough to discount or to verify. JMO on the matter although, as I said, I haven't/wouldn't rule anything out in this case!

From the phony 911 call to TN's immediate appearance on the scene - I think there could have been more staging than we expected.

I believe Ron and his mom with Misty pulled into the story did what they could to control the information about a missing child. Perhaps, Haleigh wasn't at home when whatever occured took place.

Certainly if I were trying to keep the cops from finding out anything, I would even attempt to change the location of the incident.

Ron claims to have been at work.

Misty claims to have been asleep.

TN claims she drove like mad to get there.

Grandma claims she visited earlier in the evening and everything was fine.

I think I'm on the brink or not buying any of those stories.

If all of those are a lie - that would certainly keep LE from the original crime scene and unable to get a handle on this disappearance. I think TN, who I believe set up the entire staging efforts would try to pull that off. jmo

LE claimed early on there was no evidence a crime had been committed at the MH on Green Lane and IF one had indeed occurred they didn't know where or when.
Hardy in April of 2010 declared the case to be a homicide and when asked IF Haleigh had died in the Shell Harbor area he stated that was a very good possibility.
IMO whatever happened did not occur at 202 Green Lane. The MH at 202 Green Lane was just a Red Herring..JMHO

you're right. I know from experience that cops go with the 1st story they hear, even if it's a lie, & anybody with a different version to tell, is left playing defense. Also, it has been my experience that cops give whoever owns the house or is the rent payer preferential treatment-especially a man. IDK why, but that has been my experience here in Texas. So, if this area is anything like mine, I could see that being a big problem in this case. You've got a man, the rent payer, telling his version of being at work, his grandmother backing it up, his gf being labeled a dumb *****, & all of them pointing elsewhere. MOO, but we had cops tell my daughter to tell it to the judge...a problem that should never have made it past the he said she said stage. Logic & common sense said my daughter wasn't lying, but they didn't care. So, in front of a judge it went, & he sided with my her. wasted time. & I do believe that might have happened in Haleigh's case. LE went with Ron's story & looked at the 'dumb' gf, named her the key, & blamed her for this case not being solved. Do I think Misty could help solve this case? YES! But, IMO, she's not the only one, & it's time to move on. MOO.

:seeya: Hi Friend! My belief is that at least part if not all of some of these people's stories "Is a Crock!!!!" LOL, yeah I couldn't resist. If you combine all the stories, Teresa is the ONE who knows more about each person's story than that person even knows about their story. Imagine that? Teresa backed up the Misty was the greatest babysitter and that Misty and Ron had "talked everything out" supposedly, that Sunday night. She personally sent Grandma Sykes over to check on the children that night in order to have Grandma Sykes come out with her "delivering laundry" story to confirm that Misty was there. There are also stories out that Teresa sought out Misty to get her to babysit, she even offered to pay her.:waitasec: If Ron and Misty "talked things over Sunday night" why wasn't Misty already babysitting??? HUH? Teresa arrived at the speed of light with Haleigh's photo in hand for the officers responding to the 911 call. (I suspect that there is an empty spot on Grandma Sykes wall where the picture was removed). IMO, she most likely sent Ron's butt off to work so that he could be seen by someone and then most likely told him to go by this store with the security video so that his arrival home could be verified. Teresa gave up the family heirloom ring for Ron to give to the greatest girlfriend he ever had. :crazy:We are still trying to figure out what the heck she had in mind to do to Cobra in the woods near the hogpens. She most likely purchased the "new" babydoll for the Maury show. What I can't figure out is why haven't we seen her being escorted into Law Enforcement to be questioned and should we hope, polyed? But, she is so proud of Ron. And he should be proud of her too, she has worked very hard for him and it is not her fault is it if Misty screwed all her efforts up by dragging Ron into dealing drugs? :crazy::floorlaugh:

Ron's gun fight, Joe's extended visit, the fight between Ron & Misty that led to her leaving, her binger, Ron being in trouble for school attendance, witness account of Ron racing by the bus stop, Ron's story of retrieving Haleigh's favorite outfit, Misty's story of walking Haleigh all the way to class, witnesses putting Misty at the bus stop, but Ron claiming he was there, Chelsea's story of Ron not letting her talk to Haleigh, Ron's story of letting Haleigh drive home, witness account of Misty's conversation with Linsey, witness account of Misty popping Jr, Misty's story of Jr sleeping the day away, Misty's story of Haleigh popping wheelies, the mystery AC man, AS's story of the kids eating shirtless in the chill night air, the baby mattress in Misty's room, (after CPS dictated the kids have their own rooms), Misty's account of sleeping through everything, (really? that's the most unbelievable one), Ron going to work, but even after repeatedly trying to locate Misty, (his babysitter!), he stopped for peanuts & beer? Ron's flurry of phone calls...& these are just the red flags, IMO, that led up to that night. like I said, that's how it is here in my area, but even here, I'd hope, (but wouldn't bet on it), that they would treat a missing child differently. If anything, I'd think every person & story should be considered suspicious. MOO.

Yep, I agree with you. Just to add, I guess Haleigh and Jr. took shifts sleeping, Haleigh at night because she had to go to school and Jr. took days. I know it's not funny, but at this point I find myself becoming a smart alec.
