I have always wanted to see where her phone pinged from that evening. Who knows? It could have pinged near Ronald's MH or near the railroad or anywhere that night. She could have also brought Jr. back into the MH just prior to the 911 call. He was probably asleep until it was "time" to wake him up. I certainly do not hear him at all during the 911 call. Maybe Annette Sykes picked him up at the 7:00 ish to 8:00 pm ish time and took him with her so that he would not see all the activities going on.

I would just like to know how they pinged at all with hardly any towers around! I am dumbfounded...persistantly.

Just going over old articles and found the one concerning the "Red rose story" Misty gave and the subsequent search made in that area. Has there been any additional information on this subject since then?

This one is a good one. I have no answer for you...just questions. How in the world did misty know a rose was in that spot....furthermore, ron led them to it.

I wish I would have paid more attention on that part. I may have to go back. didn't she say that under hypnosis and didn't they redact half of it?

LOL, I edited my post to state that this information is reportedly from a story that Misty told (not recorded) at the same time that she was so-called hypnotized. I'm going to reread some other articles on it. BRB.

I think ron and misty know what Happend also. All the rest of the relatives have just added to the confusion to keep Ron and Misty in the clear.

I believe Tommy lied when he said he went to rons house that night and no one was home.

Law enforcement has looked at every person Misty was known to hang out and party with. They would pick them up for crap crimes, and from what I've been told they really put the squeeze on them and interrogated the hell out of them... and none of them were able to place Misty out of the home that night.

I think if Misty was out, one of them would have spoken up to get reward money, and I doubt they could hold this in for over 2 years.

Everything points to Misty being with Haleigh.

Flossie, I’ve said all that I see the need for saying about Crystal’s fight for her children. I have posted the court stamped documents that show she was never notified of the hearing, and that’s all I can do. I’m not trying to change your or anyone else’s opinion of her, this case, or anything else. It’s up to each of us to read whatever is available and process it within our own minds as to what we believe.

Kim Picazio is my friend and someone I hold in very high regard. She had every right to fight this bar complaint that you have brought into this discussion.

But you know what Flossie? A mutual friend of mine and yours recently called me an “Independent Loon”, ROFL! Probably I am a loon to some, but I am always independent in my thinking.

In that regard, once I read what the recorded court docs had to say there is no way that I can agree with my valued friend that Crystal lost her children, “fair and square”.

Not sure who you refer to, I've never called you a loon. As said earlier, I question "truth" that comes from Kim. I do believe Ron got custody fair and square though. JMO

I guess I interpreted your post incorrectly. I thought you meant that CS and TN and AS believe she is alive and you were going to assume that LE had not told them anthing to the contrary.

yes, everything does seem to point to Misty being home...but this LE has been so tight lipped in this case, & that was one of the very few tidbits they let out, & IMO, they seemed pretty sure that she was gone...at least part of the night. Also, Misty's, Ron's, TN's & AS's insistance that she was in the trailer all night seemed like overkill. How could any of them have been sure? This story reminds me of the bus stop story...kind of an against the logic thing. Outside witnesses put Misty at the bus stop, but they all swear it was Ron. LE put Misty outside the trailer, & they all swear she was there. I realize LE didn't say they knew 100%, but it's MOO, that Misty was gone, at least for part of the night. MOO.

Tim Miller had stated that he would return in the future and search that area, does anyone here know if he ever did that? I don't remember him searching this area. He and Steph Watts did find the rose in the location that Misty gave and Ron did lead them to the spot.....strange.......but Putnam County LE did the searching after being notified by Tim and Steph. It would be great to know if cadaver dogs were used.

I still think that there is a huge possibility that Misty was sleeping over at her parent's house until early morning when she was brought over to Ronald's MH. If she was in her parent's house no one would have seen her out and about either.

Well after the phone call she jumped out of a sound sleep, dressed, put on her LE/County windbreaker, grabbed an 8 x 10 photo of HaLeigh and drove like the devil was after her to get to RC's side in a matter of minutes....

I believe in pink elephants before I believe that one.

I don't blame family for holding out hope. IDK what made LE declare this a homicide, but if they expected the family to go along with it, they should have shown some proof. If it was my loved one, I wouldn't believe them either. MOO.

I hear ya! The ac guy was cleared within an hour. My guess is LE or ron/misty knew him and knew where he lived. LE got in touch immediately.

It has also crossed my mind that maybe ac guy lived close by. The Bards had many rental trailers. Maybe they hired a tenant that was a handyman. Maybe he lived close to rc.

And it is puzzling to me that NO ONE, not LE, not Misty, Ron, or anyone of these people have given the name of the AC guy. Furthermore, the media have not even asked ONE TIME or one person his name. You would think someone besides us WSer's would be curious about the ONE AND ONLY person who has been cleared. Too odd! :waitasec:

It is fact, according to KP, ron took the kids to work with him on one or more night shifts. They were sleeping in the vehicle. The guard saw him check on them.

The strange thing is you believe KP is spewing rumors when it reflects poorly on ron. YET you believe KP is correct when she speaks about CS being serves 5 years prior..hmmm:waitasec:

By deduction:

1. Haleigh didn't commit suicide
2. Haleigh didn't run away
3. S/O usually doesn't keep the victim
4. Misty nor ron reported any accident
5. No forced entry.
6. misty says "they" took her
7. Tommy claims he saw a non-responsive Haleigh in the van.
8. No valid reported sightings.
9. Some if not all players have failed or have inconclusive results on Poly

With all the above, logic dictates that Haleigh met foul-play by someone who knew misty/ron

Upon reviewing some of this case last evening, I came across the deer blood remark again. I was under the impression that LE cut the blood out of the carpet when they had the van. Now I read that was not what happened. It was the Croslins that removed the carpet in the van because of deer blood. WTH?

Now, I would like to pin down exactly when this alleged deer blood was in the family van?
