The blue van was in the hands of Chelsea Croslin from Feb 7 to ?..we assume till LE took it. So if this van was involved in any kind of activitiy such as deer hunting prior, chelsea should be aware of it because the carpet or part of it was missing.

I don't see people hunting deer with a famly van even these *unusual* people. Plenty of people in that family/area have trucks.

Law enforcement has looked at every person Misty was known to hang out and party with. They would pick them up for crap crimes, and from what I've been told they really put the squeeze on them and interrogated the hell out of them... and none of them were able to place Misty out of the home that night.

I think if Misty was out, one of them would have spoken up to get reward money, and I doubt they could hold this in for over 2 years.

Everything points to Misty being with Haleigh.

Maybe Haleigh was never in that house that night. Maybe misty was home with JR and ron had Haleigh he left her in his car aT WORK MAYBE HE COMES OUT SHE IS GONE he drives home and they stage the abduction.

Who knows im beyond confused lol

IMO CS is still holding out hope Haleigh is alive because she doesn't have a clue as to what really happened to Haleigh..Last thing Crystal wants to believe is her daughter is deceased, however TN and AS know exactly what happened to Haleigh and they are ONLY pretending they believe she is still alive..Last thing they want to do is align themselves with any statements by LE claiming this is a homicide and she is deceased... They can't even publically claim they believe someone in the Croslin family is responsible eventhough we have Tommy basically stating he saw a deceased Haleigh.. Reason being... they know when they do, the 'gig' is up....

Do I believe some of the Croslins are involved in helping out that night and lying to police?
Yes, I do...
Do I believe some of the Cummings/Neves/Sykes clan are involved in a coverup and lying to police?
Yes, I do...
Do I believe the Croslins were stoooopid and allowed themselves to be set up by the Cummings/Neves/Sykes clan ?
Yes, I do....And I suspect they have all come to that realization reason being no one is willing to tell the truth...
So it all boils down now to everyone in both families claiming Haleigh is still alive..

And it is puzzling to me that NO ONE, not LE, not Misty, Ron, or anyone of these people have given the name of the AC guy. Furthermore, the media have not even asked ONE TIME or one person his name. If i remember correctly this Donald S is a relative of Misty and her family and is a registered sex offender. So if this is the guy he could have taken her. He was arrested for being with children under the age of 14 i believe. some where there is a list of all mistys relatives its a very long list and this donald is on it and it gives his fathers name.... Ill have to go look for it.

BBM.. I suspect Haleigh was never at the 202 Green Lane residence that night and I also suspect Misty was at home too.. At home at her parent's residence which was at 130 Magnolia located in the Shell Harbor area....JMHO

What if the repair man comes and Misty comes on ot him and says hey come back after 8 the kids will be asleep rons at work and we can party. So he comes back.
she has sex with him and washes the sheets (didnt she say she was washing sheets cause someone wet the bed) I think thats a lie.... anywayzzzzzzzz maybe she passes out and in the mean time the repair man sneaks back in the house and because he is a S.O. and likes young children ( Misty was young also remember)
He took Haleigh... This guy was in the house and could have unlocked that door.

How could they rule him out?

From Putnam, at one time lived in the same town as Haleigh's mother, Crystal, in Glenn Saint Mary, FL, has also lived in Mcclenny, FL, where some of Crystal's family is from/living. Donald moved to 315 2nd Ave, Satsuma, (which is 3.6 miles from the Cummings home). Is 315 2nd Ave. the same home as 315 Green Lane???? In doing public records search, 315 2nd Ave. comes up as being owned by and having been the residence of Jeffrey Michael Griffis and Billye Lee (Wager?) Griffis. (see http://www1.putnam-fl.com/live/papage.asp?id=8132 ). Jeffrey M. Griffis, age 29, was hit by a car on 1/7/2009 and died the next day. Donald Lee Sapp moved into Jeffrey and Billye's home a few weeks later on 1/26/2009. And a few weeks after that, Haleigh disappeared.
----> Registered Sex Offender, arrested on 6-12-1997 for lewd/lascivious assault on 14 yr old female, occuring in East Palatka. At the time he was already serving probation for a prev. charge of l/l assault on 13 yr old female runaway. In 2000 he was arrested for trying to set up a meeting with a 10 yr old female, on a sting with her father in an internet chatroom. Billye Lee Griffis had testified in Donald's trial in the 1990's. A Raymond Sapp contributed to bail in one of Donald's cases, and Donald is mentioned in Raymond obituary in 2005. Donald is/was married and has four children, according to Raymond Sapp's obituary.

I think she said Misty wet the bed and from what was told to LE Misty hadnt wet the bed since she was 2... So there was a reason she washed the sheets. and remember Misty said she was sleeping in her bed then she was sleeping in their bed.... she couldnt keep her story together. She said Haleigh had on this pink shirt when she went missing and then they founbd the shirt in the wash...

what a MESS!

Not boring, but i have never really thought DS had anything to do with it. Who was it that voilated probation and was brought into LE right afte HaLeigh disappeared? Was it DS? (so many people mentioned through out the entire case)

Le said something about them being out later than they should have? But b/c of the tracking monitor, they know this person didn't go the the Green Lane MH that night. They have put off trial for so long.
