Here!Donald moved to 315 2nd Ave, Satsuma, (which is 3.6 miles from the Cummings home). Is 315 2nd Ave. the same home as 315 Green Lane???? In doing public records search, 315 2nd Ave. comes up as being owned by and having been the residence of Jeffrey Michael Griffis and Billye Lee (Wager?) Griffis. (see http://www1.putnam-fl.com/live/papage.asp?id=8132 ). Jeffrey M. Griffis, age 29, was hit by a car on 1/7/2009 and died the next day. Donald Lee Sapp moved into Jeffrey and Billye's home a few weeks later on 1/26/2009. And a few weeks after that, Haleigh disappeared.

Thanks I was going by the address listed at Family Watch Dog - it didn't list prior addresses.

IMO a perp who likes 10 or 11 year olds is not highly likely to suddenly switch to a 5 year old. These pervs have preferences - some like toddlers, some like prepubescent's, some like young teens. Most don't deviate from their zone. :sick: :sick:

My problem with DS being the perp is that it in no way explains the behavior of Cummings/Sykes/ Neves. No matter what, i always come right back to the Cummings family. I mean, if he is related in a way to Misty's family, even that doesn't explain the behavior of the others, JMO.

IMO, the reason we don't know the idenity of the A/C guy is for his protection and the protection of the company he works for. I mean Misty did let a little slip during one of her tests and said the A/C guy worked for Artic Air, and she remembered this b/c one of Ron's kin folks use to date/married someone who worked for the same company.

There is a BIG HUGE problem when LE can't clear those closest to the victim.

I stopped commenting on this case because it was just too frustrating - what happened to the "Sunshine Laws", LE surely has not been up front with anything about this case and there is nothing I can see that would prevent them from spilling all. These folks are not public figures who may be damaged by allegations - heck most already were known to LE long before HaLeigh went missing...

ok this is what Donald L sapp did does it sound familiar?In 2000 he was arrested for trying to set up a meeting with a 10 yr old female, on a sting with her father in an internet chatroom.

IMO CS is still holding out hope Haleigh is alive because she doesn't have a clue as to what really happened to Haleigh..Last thing Crystal wants to believe is her daughter is deceased, however TN and AS know exactly what happened to Haleigh and they are ONLY pretending they believe she is still alive..Last thing they want to do is align themselves with any statements by LE claiming this is a homicide and she is deceased... They can't even publically claim they believe someone in the Croslin family is responsible eventhough we have Tommy basically stating he saw a deceased Haleigh.. Reason being... they know when they do, the 'gig' is up....

Do I believe some of the Croslins are involved in helping out that night and lying to police?
Yes, I do...
Do I believe some of the Cummings/Neves/Sykes clan are involved in a coverup and lying to police?
Yes, I do...
Do I believe the Croslins were stoooopid and allowed themselves to be set up by the Cummings/Neves/Sykes clan ?
Yes, I do....And I suspect they have all come to that realization reason being no one is willing to tell the truth...
So it all boils down now to everyone in both families claiming Haleigh is still alive..

25 years on drug chargesis a long time in jail and i think that was a big mistake they should have let them out to roam around and sink their own ships.

when they are in for 25 years they have no reason to spill the beans. So they wont say anything. 25 years is a lifetime better to be in for drugs then murder of a child.

My understanding is LE doesn't have to release anything unless someone is charged or they declare this a cold case...Thus far no on has been charged and since they have declared this case to be a homicide they don't ever have to close it...JMHO
