My understanding is LE doesn't have to release anything unless someone is charged or they declare this a cold case...Thus far no on has been charged and since they have declared this case to be a homicide they don't ever have to close it...JMHO

Eileen, that question has been the subject for deep discussion for two years. There is a lot of theory, mine included, that Teresa was there way before the 911 call was made.

Not being snarky here, but does that apply to an ongoing investigating in a homicide case where no suspect has been charged with the crime? JMHO

25 years on drug chargesis a long time in jail and i think that was a big mistake they should have let them out to roam around and sink their own ships.

when they are in for 25 years they have no reason to spill the beans. So they wont say anything. 25 years is a lifetime better to be in for drugs then murder of a child.

They all had time to spill their guts before sentencing - nada. They have no interest in solving HaLeigh's case and unless her remains have been somehow protected vs being dumped in the river or a swamp - 25 years is probably more time than they would serve for HaLeigh's demise.

At least they are no longer distributing drugs - they wandered around for over a year and nothing was solved - I say keep them locked up. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time...

While I hope LE knows more than we have seen (nothing) they didn't even have enough to charge them with neglect!

I used to think TN was at GGS when she got the call. It wouldn't be too hard to imagine GGS also had a photo of Haleigh, but then again, we have read about a red truck being down by the RR tracks and somebody else's voice being on the 911 call. they have been way too quiet especially when other have gone on tv shows, except for the GGs/GHollers debate.

BTW. I do agree both TN and GGMS know alot more than they have been willing to say..IMO they could solve this case in a heartbeat IF they would come forward and tell the truth about their son/grandson's involvement in what really happened to their granddaughter/great granddaughter....They know...JMHO..

From what i have seen LE has turned a blind eye on everything.
ron could have and should have been arrested for statury rape for one.
They cant prove neglect because no one in their circle ever complained and the others im sure were afraid of Ronald Cummings.

Someone somewhere has to find thier conscience.. We are talking about the demise of a precious child and a mother who has been lied to for over two years now..Living in HELL here on earth
Someone has to end this madness, even IF it implicates them...JMHO..

here ya go it says the haleigh case is exempt....
There are two cases going on in tandem, the drug bust to which the Florida Sunshine Laws apply, and the search for Haleigh Cummings which is at this stage exempt.

I should have clarified a bit on my comment. I meant where it relates to things we have heard via CC for example, they also never seem to come out on their own to contradict what someone else might be saying, but you're right, they have always fiercely defended Ron in this and all his life it seems. I believe they were the driving force when Ron got custody of the children and when he was in trouble way back when. I believe they know a lot of what happened. :banghead:

I have been reading alot today and i actually think this is what happend to Haleigh......

I believe Misty had company ,,, Jr said he saw a black man in black clothes and the couch was bouncing..... I think Haleigh heard this also but Jr maybe still pretended to be asleep. So they see Haleigh is awake and saw them now they are AFRAID she will tell Ronald Ronald knew about white boy greg page and im sure they were afraid of what would happen if ron caught them...

So Haleigh had to disappear.....

If ya go back and read there are many sites that confirm that Ron was at work and never left. They have him on camera and witnesses that have said he was there all night they even have his cell pings from the tower near the steel plant.

He may know what happend that night but im not so sure he had anything to do with it....

Just a thought!!!!

IMO a perp who likes 10 or 11 year olds is not highly likely to suddenly switch to a 5 year old. These pervs have preferences - some like toddlers, some like prepubescent's, some like young teens. Most don't deviate from their zone. :sick: :sick:

Nope it says Haleighs case is exempt cause there is nothing they cant even take it to a grand Jury.

these hillbillys have commited the perfect crime....

Thus far seems the ONLY thing LE is really interested in hearing from any of the Croslins is someone telling them where Haleigh is.. I suspect the Croslins do not know.. They need to put some pressure on Ron C's family IF that is all they are interested in knowing..
It wouldn't surprise me to learn both Misty and Tommy have told LE the truth about what happened that afternoon/evening..JMHO
