Thus far seems the ONLY thing LE is really interested in hearing from any of the Croslins is someone telling them where Haleigh is.. I suspect the Croslins do not know.. They need to put some pressure on Ron C's family IF that is all they are interested in knowing..
It wouldn't surprise me to learn both Misty and Tommy have told LE the truth about what happened that afternoon/evening..JMHO

why dont they give them all some of those drugs they are so fond of let them babble on Lose lips sink ships!

Nope it says Haleighs case is exempt cause there is nothing they cant even take it to a grand Jury.

Misty may be uneducated but she has street smarts... and she is playing everyone.

They can't take it to a grand jury b/c they have no one to charge.

Not only is she playing everyone, but IMO, so are all the others that are locked up!

Oh i agree with you on that one but i tend to think Misty is the ring leader.

As long as no one says anything they wil be ok i think they also think they will get out of jail sooner on the drug charges also.

lol, the funny thing to me, is that Ron is thinking he is going somewhere with his appeals. We don't agree about the ring leader, but it's OK. IMOO, Misty is a follower, and as long as there is something in it for her, she will do as she is asked. JMO

I have been reading alot today and i actually think this is what happend to Haleigh......

I believe Misty had company ,,, Jr said he saw a black man in black clothes and the couch was bouncing..... I think Haleigh heard this also but Jr maybe still pretended to be asleep. So they see Haleigh is awake and saw them now they are AFRAID she will tell Ronald Ronald knew about white boy greg page and im sure they were afraid of what would happen if ron caught them...

So Haleigh had to disappear.....

If ya go back and read there are many sites that confirm that Ron was at work and never left. They have him on camera and witnesses that have said he was there all night they even have his cell pings from the tower near the steel plant.

He may know what happend that night but im not so sure he had anything to do with it....

Just a thought!!!!

My thoughts are pretty much the same. Someone said several pages back on this thread to 'keep it simple', and IMO a massive conspiracy between 3 branches of law enforcement plus most of the members of 2 different families along with the random assortment of third parties (co-workers, school associated people, etc.) is anything but.

IMO, Misty is up to her neck in this. I also don't believe Misty told Ron what REALLY happened either. I think she told him a story that made her out to be a victim and that made him believe whatever it was she said happened to both Haleigh and herself traced directly back to Ron and probably illegal activities by Ron.

Factoring in Ron's past behavior, I personally don't see it as a giant leap that Ron would make a choice to protect himself vs. sacrificing himself to save his daughter, especially if what he was told led him to believe there was no saving Haleigh.

I think he has an idea of what happend that night but cant prove it. As i see it its all on Misty here and whomever she had at that trailor that night. Just an opinion!!!!

This is just an opinion, and maybe wishful thinking, but I think LE probably has enough to make an arrest or take something to the grand jury. This IMO, seems like a maneuver to keep what evidence they have from being made public...keeping what they have as close as they can for as long as they can. Personally, I think Tommy has provided more than ample reason for charges to be filed against him. MOO.

I don't think any one of them has a conscience or even knows what that means. I just don't get what is the big fear factor in all this? Certain ones are incarcerated, some are laying pretty low. What harm could there possibly be in telling the truth now? Except maybe all this possible co conspiracy going on between certain ones. A lot of laws imo were broken in relation to all of this; all the lies and stories and pointing fingers. One little girl was totally forgotten about, her name is Haleigh. What about her? doesn't she matter? did she ever matter to any of them? What a shame.

There are two cases going on in tandem, the drug bust to which the Florida Sunshine Laws apply, and the search for Haleigh Cummings which is at this stage exempt.

I wish Misty would tell the truth - but she failed her poly plus the test that TES set up (miserably - as far as we know). She kept changing her story and couldn't even say why! Do they believe the story about her hiding under the sheet while HaLeigh was assaulted and killed (possibly with the players she named, possibly with someone(s) else? Do they believe she woke up and found HaLeigh gone? Or do they believe Ron came home and woke her up?

J Santos is the name of the person who has stated he saw Haleigh get into the van with Misty when she got off the bus..IIRC he also stated Austin got into the same van as Haleigh did.. He also stated Haleigh and Austin were the first ones allowed to get off the bus due to the fact they were the youngest who rode the bus..
Seems to me IF the bus driver was so concerned with their safety by allowing them to exit first s/he is aware of what vehicles they entered after they got off the bus..
When I hear the bus driver state it was Ron C who picked up his daughter from the bus, I might believe it was him who picked her up..Until then I' m not believing he picked her up..
Do you know it was stated here at one time he arrived at the bus stop not to long after Haleigh had been picked up and when he realized she had already been picked up he drove off in the same direction the van did after Haleigh got into the van?

JMHO.
