krkrjx, you wounded me deeply by implying that I actually trusted Nancy Grace's version of anything on this case. Weeping here. I only posted For Information Only for what Misty stated about the dang AC man. Slinking away to my dark corner............:doorhide:

I'm sorry. :innocent:

OK, I have a question for all of you very talented WS sleuths who have hounded the Haleigh Cummings thread. I have searched (in a very limited way, I must admit) Aunt Elise or Elisa. Who is she? Who is she kin to? Is she blood kin? If blood kin, why wasn't she on Katrina's Obit?

Possibly related by marriage? Husband Donald, perhaps? And she might not be listed in the obit if they are divorced?

Just guessing, really I have no facts.

I know I had posted it before in the rumor thread. I will have to try to look it up once more. Believe it or not there are three with similar names. One is Elisha, who had/home in Gainsville and Interlachen. She is in the early pics of the case. Oh, Goodness, I better check before I speak...can't trust memory on the spellings. One is married to Donald (TN's brother) who lives on Beecher Springs, I don't know if theypre divorced. I think hers is spelled Eliesa...will check. This couple is very close to ron.

Donald Squires is/was married to Elisa G...whew! Middle name is signficant because for a long time many thought she was a nurse. When reviewing licensing, there was another Elisa Squires who had a different middle name.

Leisa is/was? married to a Sykes
Elisa G is/was? married to a Squires

IIRC...Both live near AS. I also know there was an Elisha too. Yikes! I even mix up myself. For some reason I continue to confuse them.

How many of us think that Misty was just trying to take the spotlight off of Katrina and just said Elise or Elisa on purpose? We do know now that Aunt Katrina was a nursing assistant or some title similar. I just have this "gut" feeling, I know we can't really go with "gut" feelings but I have always had this "thought" ever since Ronald, Misty and Hope were arrested and there is the story of Aunt Katrina (Hope's mother) taking off in a big hurry when the arrest went down. We also know that Ronald worked at the landscaping job and I do really believe that it is Hope's voice on the 911 call and face it, she was arrested and put away for a very long time for the drug dealing, and then we have Katrina's death. Unfortunately, we do not have any information about who the other part of "we" was as far as an actual statement from LE or an interview of the other part of "we". Strange isn't even the word anymore on this case. Geraldo, Greta, Crosby where are you?

Hi krkrjk and Lone..
Just wanted to say it is my understanding Elise or Elisa is married to Ron's Unka Donald, who just happens to be TN and KB's brother...
Also, brothers and sisters names usually appear in obituaries but I can't recall ever seeing their spouses names listed..

I agreee.. But you forgot to mention Mark Fuhrman..

Well, I think Geraldo is out. I thought he mentioned after the Cummings clan ran him off that they had a restraining order against him. That is what I thought I heard on his show when he was still covering this case. Disclaimer, I could very well have heard it wrong.

In my area the spouse's name appears in parentheses. But not all area obits do that, I suppose. I found no record of DS and ES divorcing. If "Aunt Elisa" is the unknown person supposedly with AS that night, I believe it would be this Elisa. JMO

I still think it was the dog -- if there was anyone/anything with her -- if she was even there.

We have been thrown a lot of BS. I have never found a cert license for Katrina.I don't think there was much landscaping happening after Eric Belcher mysteriously died in 2004. Katrina had a window tinting business and still claimed landscaping but I doubt there was much there. I think rc would like the window tinting part of the (decal anyone?) business. I often wondered if Katrina helped him out with paperwork for Court. Afterall it was a private business but I don't think it could survive once Eric died.

We have recently seen documents where it was Katrina that did most of the babysitting. She was the primary caretaker of JR. If you recall, ron took him when he was 6 months old. I think the children were split for quite a while. Katrina (hope?) also watched him ofter after 2/9/09...from what was said.

I hope Katrina didn't take information with her to her grave. The Cummings ran Geraldo off with legal help citing a trespassing law and perhaps a restraining order. Greta said there was not much info to be gathered at the time she was there, it looked like a ghost town. Media is not welcome in Putnam County...or so it appears. I contend we have been deceived from almost all angles.

Spouses names do sometimes appear in parentheses in our area too, but it is ususally when the names of the children of the deceased are listed in the obituary and they are married .

There's a divorce record of DS and Ella B and also one that's surprising to me;
a DS and a SAS ...

I have a hard time believing that someone in that family would marry a nurse and would have let her go with all the access to the good stuff she would have.

:banghead::banghead: How could I forget Mark Fuhrman! I knew I was leaving someone important out of the equation. I bet he could cut to the chase on this case.

yes, LE has a job, but the media has a job too. It has gotten to the point, IMO, where the media needs to step in and demand some answers. Investigative journalists have been known to crack a case or 2 MOO. It's an American tradition. Protecting the integrity of an investigation, should only carry so much weight for so long, IMO. From rereading LE's last statements, they're all the way back to ruling out a stranger abduction. It's time for some fresh eyes. There's a strong belief, and it's one I agree with, that LE knows who the perp is, but doesn't have the evidence to support charges. Well, unless the key cracks, that's not likely to change any time soon. Misty looks pretty settled. So, what now?

If the perps are in prison, why is fresh eyes needed? You cant force someone to do the right thing and tell the truth. This is probably a case that can't be cracked without a confession. I am thankful they are off the street.

somebody, (somebodys), besides the prisoners, IMO, knows plenty. The right investigative tactics could get this information. MOO.
