Does anyone know off the top of their heads the dates RC was caught on tape in the drug stings? I know they got him for five, but they dropped two, and I don't know what the dates on those two were, and haven't come across it yet.

I agree with you. IMO, Misty never had much of a chance, not with those parents, and neither did her brothers.

At the time LE showed up on Green Lane to investigate the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings, Misty lived in that home with Ron, Haleigh and Jr.

Misty told LE (paraphrased) "I put the kids in my bed about 8pm. They were both still there when I went to bed around 10pm."

Now, if anyone wants to take that to mean Misty was making cryptic remarks to LE to ?? try to clue them in that she had really taken them to a completely different location where something nefarious had happened to Haleigh, carry on, I will certainly not stand in your way.

Just pointing out my meaning was at the time of initial contact with LE, Misty said they were all in the same bed. She later changed it to Haleigh was in the same room but not the same bed. I haven't pinned the 'when' on that down yet.

IMHO..No, she did not live there, he had kicked her out... Also,the LVA revealed Misty's story about what she did that night at the MH was not TRUE... Claiming an abduction had occurred at the MH on Green Lane was nothing but a RED HERRING.. Ron C, himself, told MN and TM the bed was never slept in that night...That tid bit of information was revealed when he and his mother started revving up that bus to run smack dab over the Croslins. IIRC that was shortly after the Cummings /Croslin fight which landed Ronald Cummings in jail......JMHO

I agree that Hank and Lisa appear at least to not have been the best parents. But let's be clear here. When did Tommy start having drug problems and problems with the law? When did Misty start having problems with the law? When did Hank and Lisa both start having problems with the law? They were invisible before that time to Law Enforcement.

After Hank's accident? After Misty took up with Ronald Cummings? After Haleigh went missing? There appears to be a common thread here. Misty's relationship with Ronald Cummings. The rat in the mailbox was no mistake as to its intended meaning IMO.

BINGO. Also, after Haleigh went missing, Ronald came into a lot of money, we now at LEAST 12k, and where did it go? The Croslins did not have any known drug arrests or legal problems until Misty took up with Ron, who I have heard referred to as the "candyman" I have always thought Ron bought Tommys silence with drugs, it was not till AFTER Ron was arrested for beating up Tommy they became "Friends" now isnt that timing suspect, lets say he helped Ron hide a body, you think they would have to be pretty friendly for that to even happen. The story is, is that Misty called Tommy and her folks to come get her, she wanted to leave Ron, I think its at this time Misty told Tommy something that made Ron very fearful, and then the next day, Ron cut a head off a rat and put it in Tommys mailbox, that event is very critical, imo.

Hank and Lisa admitted they were terrible parents who abused drugs and alcohol when their kids were little. IDK about their sons, but Misty moved from here to there, didn't go to school, ran away, and this was all before she turned 16 and moved in with Ron. Hank blamed Misty for all of Tommy's troubles, they all blamed the cops for harrassing them, and they even blamed the whole state of Florida....everybody but themselves. If Tommy did help with the disposal, in exchange for drugs, (like so many think), he doesn't have anybody to blame but himself. Tommy got arrested because he chose to commit crimes, ditto for Misty, and the rest. Maybe their crimes had been invisible to LE, because for the most part, they were petty, and LE didn't have any reason to harrass them...but then they had a reason. Anyway, I'm to the point in this case, where I don't blame Ron for corrupting the Croslins, anymore than I blame the Croslins for corrupting Ron. They all chose to do and sell drugs, and whatever other crimes they committed. But, I'm a little hard when it comes to the parenting. I can't overlook the lifestyle that surrounded Haleigh, and I shudder at the thought of Misty's childhood. IMO, everybody would have been better off in foster care. In this case, there are so many to blame, for this and that, but then they turn around and do the same things that were done to them. It never stops. For instance...Hank said he did drugs around his kids, and Tommy threw his drugs away. Well, it's hard for me to feel too sorry for that little boy, because he grew up and got busted, High and passed out, while picking his own child up from the bus stop. It never stops. MOO. Maybe I won't feel so hardened later, but right now, I'm down because of the 3 year anniversary.

Dodie I don't blame Ron for the Croslins problems, because you are correct they did the crimes. What I see happened here is the insignificance of them, bad parenting and all never hit the radar until Haleigh Cummings went missing. It would not be a far stretch to say that Law Enforcement tried to break the weaker links in an attempt to get to the real problem. And thus the Croslins being hammered by LE. They should have all stayed on the up and up and kept their noses clean. But it was constant the hammering on them and they gave them reason I agree.

I believe LE was trying to get information from the Croslins... And since nothing has come of this investigation all I can imagine is that being hammered the way they were, if they had something to give up they would have ya know?

RC probably followed MC and an accident happened in that house; and that is where Haleigh got hurt (by accident/bad tempers.)

All of this time Annette probably had JR. Somehow, they all arrived back at RC's with a very unstable Haleigh. RC went to work, Haleigh died, the panic set in and her little body was disposed of (probably the work of Tommy and JO.)

As for Hope, I think she was called over to RC's to help clean up any drugs. I also think Chelsea and Timmy were involved. No one receives a call like that and just rolls over and goes back to sleep.

My opinion is not set in stone, and is subject to change.

The fact here really is they only knew Haleigh for a few months, and I can see a pregnant woman going back to sleep, I dont know why we are so under the impression this whole family loved Haleigh so much. As for Chelsea and Tim, I dont see them as involved because I feel they would rat their family out to get Misty away from Ronald, and to collect the reward. I think everyone involved is in prison.

January 14, 2010 -- Misty and Ron were arrested with 71 hydrocodone

January 20, 2010 -- The incident we saw on video when they were busted with, I believe, 200 pills. As far as I know, the arrest report was never made public.

I have no idea, Papa, perhaps one of the vans? What I posted above is just a theory, one of so many I have had over the years. Do you think we will ever know what happened to Haleigh? I would really like your opinion.

IMO, then it's a good thing RC showed up when he did and brought these people to LE's attention. IIRC, Hank and Lisa both admit to having major drug abuse issues throughout their children's childhood. IIRC, Hank abused at least Lisa on several occasions.

IMO, Tommy was doing drugs long before Ron made an appearance.

I can't speak regarding Timmy, since I've never seen him as a suspect I haven't looked into anything he's done.

As far as the rat in the mailbox, I read the police report on that yesterday, also. IMO, LE agrees with me that was a direct result of Tommy filing charges against Ron for assault.

I'm not even going into the Sheffield side, because I don't like to kick a mother when she's down, and IMO they have nothing to do with what happened to Haleigh.

IMO, children need their parents, and they need them THERE, not off in some drug-induced stupor. IMO, if a person is so into drugs, more power to them, just don't have kids. They don't mix well.

Um, I seriously hope not, lets have some positive hope for these victims, talking about him like that is not fair since he cant even defend himself. If he has any issues they probably stem from daddy putting a gun in his mouth in front of him, jeez, but I am sure its ok that Ron did that because hes so passionate or something. jmo

Honestly, I don't think they cared much for Haleigh., because how could they? They had only known her for a few months. But, they are the ones who insist they loved her. Some of the things CC has said and done, kind of freak me out, but she's not the only one. MOO,

Yeah, I actually just dont care what Chelsea said because I know this attention has to flatter her and shes a pot head, and I dont think she cared as much as she says, but I dont think she knows anything else, they need money so bad, that unless one of them directly did something to Haleigh and they are covering for Ron, I just dont care about too much that they have to say, because imo, Ronald Cummings knows exactly what happened and the only ones who would cover are his kin, or someone who was in love with him. His cousin Hope, hes truly the apple of her eye, I mean the audio of her talking to Katrina about their encounter... Hope is another lost soul that Ron preyed on, imo.

I will also point out that in her Art Harris interview, way back when, as she was explaining her version of events surrounding the afternoon and evening of February 9, Chelsea said "they had just got back" from taking Lisa to the hospital that evening.
