Yep, and then Chelsea got her tattoo of a Haleigh angel. Chelsea retracted her story about Joe taking her keys and taking the van. Joe made a statement that it was actually Chelsea and Timmy who received a call and left in the van. Wasn't it also Chelsea who stated that the argument going on between Ronald and Misty was about what to do with Haleigh's dead body? Too bad Chelsea wasn't "strapped up to a poly" (her words, not mine) when she was screaming for it. I think that Ronald threatened to expose the Croslins' involvement in the cleanup so Chelsea became a witness to Ron's story about picking up Haleigh at the bus stop.

I'm probably the only one in the country that believes this, but I don't think that particular van had anything to do with HaLeigh's disappearance.

Yet Tommy told LE a story that not only got them searching the river, but got them changing the status of Haleigh's case from missing to homicide, and IIRC that story had to do with Haleigh being in a bag and being dumped in the river. Misty was taken to the dock at the river while the search was ongoing, and what came next was a story by Misty about hiding under the covers with Jr. while Haleigh was screaming. IMO, that's some pretty strong circumstantial evidence against them both. Didn't you say something earlier about nothing Misty says being believed unless it involves Tommy? LOL.

So..... Ron thinks he was targeted in a drug sting, so they could talk to him about his dead child, so they put him away for 15 (for now) all because he wouldnt talk about his daughters death that he had nothing to do with??? Seriously, does that sound LOGICAL to anyone? Really?

That's what I see, too. And when I factor in the only two people I am aware of, Tommy and Misty, who have put themselves at the scene and have admitted to having some knowledge of what happened to Haleigh, IMO, LE is on the right track.

As I have stated before since Tommy and Misty have both basically stated Haleigh is deceased, LE and the state should have enough circumstantial evidence against Tommy and Misty to charge them with Haleigh Cummings' death and bring them to trial..However I suspect since LE has not charged either of them, LE knows neither of them are the ones who killed Haleigh.
I fully suspect LE knows IF either of them are ever charged the truth will come out.. Right now I'm thinking LE doesn't want the whole truth and nothing but the truth revealed in a court of law.. JMHO

AS stated she was at the MH delivering the children's clean clothes. Obviously, I lack the logic and/or highly logical brain required to perceive the convoluted twists and turns that make a statement like that comparable to the Misty's hiding under the covers and hearing Haleigh screaming and/or Tommy's taking Haleigh in a bag and dumping her in the river.

She never pointed the finger at Chelsea or Tim. The LE told Chelsea and Lindsay if Misty did not talk, they were going to take their kids, I would leave too, especially if I had a drug problem, like they do.

Huh. For some reason it seems like they took off a day or two after it happened. Which is pretty soon afterwards. I remember on Nancy Grace right after it happened that they were looking at some relative of Misty's right away, but they "cleared" them. Was it Joe? Someone was indicated in the very beginning.....I just cant remember who. Its been so long and so many lies on all sides have been told.

IMHO.. I don't know IF GGMS was being truthful about delivering clean clothes to the MH on Green Lane that night or not, however I suspect she wasn't being truthful when she stated she saw Haleigh alive and well eating dinner at dark thirty that night on a cold screened in front porch..
I also suspect Misty wasn't being truthful when she said she was hiding under the covers with Jr. and could hear Haleigh screaming, unless she and Jr. were in a bed together over at her parents house.. IIRC..I recall Ronald Cummings saying the bed on Green Lane was made and had never been slept in that night... JMHO

To my knowledge Misty has never implicated Timmy or Chelsy as being involved.. Also, my understanding is Timmy and Chelsy didn't leave the area until after Chelsy's baby was born. IIRC that event didn't happen until the summer of 2009..JMHO

I've seen many people convicted on circumstantial evidence who have never admitted they killed someone...
In reference to my statement about LE not wanting the truth revealed, I meant exactly what I said...IMHO.. This case could/should have been solved three years ago...JMHO

Respectfully, the point was who said what, so regardless of anyone's opinion on whether these statements are true or false, it doesn't change the actual statements. IMO, saying "I delivered clean laundry" is on a totally different level of self-incrimination than saying "I dumped a body." MOO, of course.

I know, so many lies. Actually they left about 5 months after the crime, probably after that Detective told them she would go after their family and kids until Misty told the truth, and they at least smoked pot, which Chelsea got arrested for about a year ago, I think.

Were these 'many people' convicted with the absence of the body and on the limited evidence of saying the person whose body was missing was dead? IMO, LE has more evidence than this, but since I don't know what it is and how much of it they have, it's too much of a stretch for me to assume they have enough to get a conviction. MOO.

iirc it was about 5-6 months later Chelsea and Timmy moved, I think you are thinking about how soon after the birth of their baby (July 16) that they moved to MA, a day or two iirc
