Sure, okay.

'I woke up and they were gone' is so rarely actually the case.

I woke up, saw this listed on another site and came here to check. Thank you for creating a page for her.

There is some FB comment chatter that she was found safe. They may be mixing her up with another missing Genesis (spelled like the book of the Bible, which is NOT the spelling of missing little girl's name). That Genesis was was found safe out in California a while back but is still showing up in current google search feeds by name.

The Enterprise PD updated their post for Genises 2 hours ago and she is still missing. Log into Facebook

Here is a google map of the apartment complex she lived in. I assume LE is alreadying searching the woods located to the northwest of there. Google Maps

It also states "the 3 yr old was missing from THEIR bed? Was she sleeping with the parents when she got up and left?

Another unverified missing poster on FB stated she was seen in "her" bed. The Alabama Law Enforcement Center coommunity Information page (link follows) stated (unverified by Enterprise PD at this time) that the parents last saw her at 8 pm. IMO it would be really odd that if she was going to sleep with them, her parents would be preparing for sleep so early, unless one of them worked a very early shift Saturday morning. Genises was reported missing today, but neighbors are saying they haven’t seen her since sometime in January.

NTERPRISE, Ala. (WTVY) -There is a growing mystery surrounding a 3-year-old Enterprise girl who was reported missing early this morning.

Neighbors said they have not seen Genises Nova Reid for several weeks, and, according to multiple sources, police are leery that the child disappeared mysteriously from her bedroom as her mother claimed.

Neighbors who gathered to witness a massive law enforcement search for the girl in the Apache Drive are told News4’s Jacklynn Lambert they did not recall seeing Genises since early January.

I hope I posted the thread correctly. I’m not used to starting threads. I will add, that this neighborhood is located in the one of the worst areas of town. That’s all I’m going to say at the risk of posting inappropriately.

Now I really don't like that, and I already thought this case stank.

So, so rarely is 'I woke up and they were gone' the reality of what happened.

And probably only one real option. I think that sweet baby is in landfill.

I pray not, but if someone hurt her I hope they are charged quickly.

It's an apartment building so I would think there would be lots of neighbors used to seeing particular children around the complex. This is beyond concerning. A photo of one of the buildings (not specifically her building) from the complex at 201 Apache from Apartments dot com. https://www.apartments.com/meadowbrook-apartments-enterprise-al/rk51p13/

I asked mods to merge my thread if they saw fit. I thought I looked good before creating mine. Oh well. This is my town. I’m a local. This is the worst area of town. I don’t see a good outcome with the neighbors having not seen her in a month. I’m keeping a close watch on the news and LE pages.
