George & Cindy's Response to "NO DEATH PENALTY" Decision

  • #201
I don't hear emotion in those first 911 calls other than Cindy's rage then I can hear her change into cover mode where she becomes more hysterical...but not because Caylee is missing...but she realized she messed up, imo.

She did NOT mean to say anything about the car smelling like a dead body for a fact. She got caught up in her own story and acting that she let it slip. She has tried to recover that statement at every turn since she made it!

Exactly: PURE EMOTION :)

In my mind right now:

Everyone in this family wore these pants and they are ALL responsible for her demise.
We all know that Cindy wears the pants in their family! However, they ALL could be responsible for Caylee's death and disappearance, imo.

We don't know that Casey was wearing those pants at the time that Caylee was killed.

We don't know that Casey was wearing those pants at the time that she disposed of the body.

We don't know that Casey didn't wash those pants before Cindy washed them.

George is the one who said that Casey was wearing those pants when she was last seen with Caylee. Many people think George is lying and that Casey killed Caylee on the night of the 15th. We don't know what Casey was wearing on the 15th. Was it the gray striped pants?

We don't know it, but KC does and they were in the car that smelled like "death" and because they were washed we don't know if there was an evidence on them.

Of COURSE we don't know anything! Because the pants got washed.

Exactly. That's why we can't say the pants did or did not contain evidence or whether the unwashed pants held a "direct link" to the location of Caylee's body. We don't know.

And you believe this story because Lee and Cindy tell it so well or what?!

whoa, slow down! i never said i believed anything. i was just saying that i dont think ca prompted kc to come up with the kidnapper story. i think kc made up all this nonsense from the get go without the help of anyone. ca may be going with the story now, but i dont think she was part of creating it. thats all i was saying......

Can you please tell me where, in the pertinent documents, it says that the hairbrush was obtained under court order? TIA

EDIT to add: The pants that Casey was wearing on the day Caylee disappeared are unlikely to be the same pants she wore on the day she disposed of the body. Therefore nothing found on the pants would help locate the body.

No. Because I pointed this out to you on a thread when the documents came out. Several times. And you chose not to respond. I cited it at the time. If you don't do your homework then I can't help you.

As for the "unlikelihood" of the pants being a different pair- what is your reasoning, since it seems to me there's a 50-50 chance one way or the other.

Can you tell me what thread that was on? I don't recall seeing it.

Exactly! Whether the law holds the responsible then thats the law but I HOLD THEM 100% responsible.

CO-Conspirators or not they raised her and allowed her to tell the lies and get away with it.

Does KC and CA wear the same size

I found this from you on another thread:

If you read the document on physical evidence, it is, indeed, a big deal. Page 43 of the 10th part.

Monday, July 21/08, collected by Yuri Melich, by Court Order:

Please direct me to the "10th" part.

My belief that it is unlikely that Casey was wearing those pants when she disposed of Caylee's body comes from knowing that she was wearing the pants 3 days prior to that, on the day Caylee was killed. Why would Casey put on already worn dress pants to dispose of a body?

I bet Cindy's wishes, but no. KC's @ss is considerably smaller, imo. (You can compare them on the "sashay" video and any of Cindy's where she is sprawled all over the lawn with the hammer, I think. LOL)

There you go. That is where the DIRECT EVIDENCE COULD have come from that I was talking about. You said it yourself.

Page 43 of the "10th" part does not say the hair brush was collected under a court order. :waitasec:

IF George was correct in saying she was wearing those pants when she left at 12:50 and IF she had not changed later in the day before she killed Caylee and IF she somehow got evidence on her clothing, then yes, I agree, there COULD have been evidence on those pants. I wonder, if that's the case, why did didn't throw them away.

I don't care what pants they were - grey slacks or clown tights..... Cindy washed them ASAP and surely knew what she was doing. Who has the presence of mind during such a time to do that?

911: "My grandaughter's missing!!! Someone took her. I have to find her! BRB - i gotta throw some slacks in the dryer.... K I'm back. My grandaughter's missing!"

My understanding is that she washed the pants before she located Casey and learned that Caylee was missing.

I do hold the A's responsible to a degree - they NEVER questioned about this now famous invisible nanny - they never once met, saw, requested or questioned about the nanny - the A's never questioned Casey about a job - the A's enabled Casey to continue to steal and let it get out of hand with friends and family

All of that has enabled Casey to do what she wanted, to whomever she wanted, which unltimately resulted in Caylees death - and the A's are STILL enabling her

IMO when they picked up the car and it "smelled like death" they shouldn't have done anything to whatever was in that car. Anything in that car was evidence of whatever happened to Caylee and to wherever she was. If they washed the car, than any dirt that would lead to where she was was washed away also.
